Love the whopper Jr, hate the service... on three different occasions, I have come up to order... been asked to wait for a moment.. been forgotten while somebody pulls up to the other drive-through and gets their order taken first.When I have four or five cars waiting after me. I've had enough, and I will no longer go to this location.

It’s not even 8pm and the lobby is closed. Super ridiculous especially for us door dashers who have to wait in a long drive through line to pick up an order that’s already ready to be picked up.

Drive through worker was very rude, online it says they open at 6am and at 8am when I went to get some sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits I was told I had a 15 minute wait for biscuits.

they are paying a person to stand in the building with all lights on and tell people at the drive through that they are “waiting on their manager” and can’t serve any food theirself…. It’s always the same story or the place is totally dark at 5pm. What’s the point in being open? The place is loosing money.

Came in for the all Day menu during breakfast time and got told that they aren't doing all Day menu. Hey I get it if you're short handed but just give me a time frame. If you're offering an all Day menu make sure your staff isn't going to deny a customer what they want.

Lousy Service, Long wait, Burnt buns and patty, rude employees and not to mention out of a lot of the stuff on the menu as well as the ice cream machine being broken. Very disappointed in the lousy ass experience I had last time, I love Burger King, it's one of my go to burger places but this was just pathetic, i will not be coming back to this one for a long time.

Informed staff that black mold was coming out of the drink dispenser, with the evidence. The manager was immediately defensive and tried to tell us "it's okay if it looks like that." Ma'am. No ma'am. You don't need to be embarrassed that you have mold, it happens (although you should be cleaning it regularly...) However, what you need to do is stop serving it to people!

The drink dispenser inside spewed out mold. I tried to tell them, not upset, but just to warn them. They told me it was just syrup. I study mold, syrup is not powdery and black. Serious health violation trying to serve that to customers. Just put an out of order sign on the machine, don't try to pass it off as normal.
