i tried to go there last night, but it was coosed, and so was the one at rt44 and rt19. if they have the same owner, no surprise since they have same rating and similar comments. even today, the one at rt44 and rt19 looked like it was closed for renovation or sale.

After a long 13 hour day of running my own restaurant, I stopped by the BK drive-thru with not much for expectation (this is a general consensus anyone can gather). I was greeted by an extremely sweet employee named Alicia. I was so caught off guard to be treated so well in my visit that I personally requested the spelling of her first name. This young lady visibly covered 3-4 positions in a timely fashion and treats customers with respect and courtesy. I am constantly looking for a quick bite after my late evenings, and employees like Alicia will draw this type of business. These employees receive 5 star reviews from myself in hopes of finding some recognition for their positive attitudes and willingness to work in a frightening economy destined currently destined to dissociate customer relations. To whom it may concern, consider a real evaluation for Alicia.

The service and atmosphere was fantastic. It has improved tremendously. I got welcomed, asked for my name for the order, and offered a crown(I got two ;) ). Shoutput to Kiya for providing such a good atmosphere. That being said, they forgot my two Hershey Pies and the mayo on my new brisket whopper was far too much! Not happy with the food, but very happy with the service. Keep improving and I'll keep coming.

Had a weird lady standing at the front of my car ,startled me ,she was a mess ,so I backed up so can get closer to the window , or I had hoped ,yeah didn't happen she yell and wasnt so nice ,But,,, the people handled it amazing seem like new people or ,,,, worker who have been there a while but everyday is their first day ,had a great time , will be going back. Asked for coke got,,, vanilla?? Food was fresh and hot ,a little heavy-handed with the mayo ,but afraid to say lite mayo , the world we live in ,see you soon whopper.

This place has gone from shame to fame. After their new construction the staff was pretty scarce and seemed like they just didn’t care. Lately they must have hired new management and employees and it’s been awesome! The food has been great and speedy and the staff have been nothing but nice! Best Burger King I have been to in a while! Good job!

At this location. Completely under staffed. Orders placed via app take roughly 30 mins to make. Staff are nice and understanding. Corporate mgmt needs to do a better job ensuring staff is available to meet demands and service otherwise the upper mgmt should step down and allow more competent people to take their positions. District Managers and above are overpaid and lack professionalism. They are the problem in the industry.

Worse store, management, employees, and food. No matter what time of day you pull up for food, you have car after car waiting for food. When you finally get to order 15 minutes later, now you are in the line of cars getting told to pull to the side and park. When you finally get your food, it's either cold or wrong...I know I am not the only person that thinks this place needs shut down and new employees. This nonsense happens every single day. You can pull up with not one customer in the drive thru or inside and you will get the same horrible experience everytime.
