I visited this Burger King in Eustis, Florida for the first time today. I like to go inside to check out the condition of the restaurant before ordering. After entering the dining room where you'd order in person, I noticed that there was only one employee operating the Drive Through Window and the Ordering Area inside. This gentleman made sure to acknowledge me as a customer and letting me know that he will be with me as soon as possible. I told him that wasn't a problem,...
I don't know...I guess they try but every time I go out of stuff. Over near the soda machine is always dirty. Food comes out ok. I mean I guess in these times it's a toss up.
Tried this location to participate in a promotion and my experience was basically as it was before it was remodeled.
Drive-thru now has two lanes and when I arrived, two cars were in one and the other was empty. Figured it would be quicker to go to the empty one, but both cars in the other lane were helped first, even though I already placed my order in the app and would have taken one second to "order" (not that they would know that).
