Carrie recently made me a lovely 40 shape cake out of cupcakes for my brother. The cake looked amazing and was decorated brilliantly. I would definitely reccomend Cakes by Carrie to anyone in need of a beautiful cake.

This is the fourth time I have asked the wonderful Carrie to make a special cake for us and once again she did not disappoint.
The cake was visually stunning and everything I hoped it would be.
I am told it was light, fluffy and simply delicious.
