Excellent food and service at a reasonable price. The selection of food was also superb

A nice place, good food. The restaurant is way too noisy for my comfort. My order was wrong and the server blamed me. They make you pay extra for using a credit card. I won't be going back for those 3 reasons.

Service was just ok. However food was very good and the portions were enough to have left overs. We tried all the po-boys which came out great.

Went last night for dinner. 5 of us. No lobster tails, steaks or crabs. Seems like they were out of a lot of other things too. I got grouper. Was raw inside. Chicken was raw. Shrimp scampi had no taste.Grilledshrimp was good. Sides were nasty. Vegetables over cooked and very salty. The only good thing was the side salad. Server was good. Won't go back.

Service was good for how busy they were (music festival was going on). My grouper dinner was very good and I would order it again. Another had shrimp and it was way over cooked. Parking is not available right by the building, but there is a large public parking lot one block away. I'll go here again when in the area.

When you first walk in it seems like a small place with a bar and just a few tables. But then we found there were two more large rooms behind the bar area. Service was friendly and fast. I had a clam basket and a draft beer and my wife had a shrimp basket. The food was good except the fries tasted a little old. We told the waiter and he gave us a large basket of fresh French fries within a couple of minutes. They were delicious!!

I am so disappointed. We have come many times to CJs and have loved it every time. It's been maybe 4 months since the last time. I brought my sister visiting from up north. I told her they have the best shrimp and grits in the country. First I should say every time I had it before it was consistently fabulous and delicious. When the dish came to the table today it looked different but I was hopeful. Unfortunately the flavor was lacking. Compared to all of the other times I had this dish today it was like watered down flavor. The service was really good

Terrible experience ... Our party of six visited Saturday night 3/26/22 for my dad's birthday. I ordered crab cakes (sorry we are out of crab cakes), clam chowder (out of that too), peel and eat shrimp (I thought they were joking when our server came back to say they are out of that, you would think by the third item I ordered they would at least have one of the items) gave up on something else to order. How about you tell me what you do have....Or recommend something. Our drinks took 20 minutes. But I found it odd that everything I ordered was out. After getting our drinks a few minutes later the waiter came out to tell my mom they were out of lettuce for the shrimp salad she had ordered 15 minutes ago. Our group had multiple entree sides that were supposed to get side salads but that wasn't even brought up. We asked to speak with a manager only to be given the supply chain shortage line. Blah blah blah and we are closed part of the week so we plan ahead to not waste food. Just basically a bunch of excuses. My family lives nearby and the manager did nothing to make it right. No offer to pay for the drinks and the 30-40 minutes of a wasted birthday celebration. We walked down the street to a awesome Mexican restaurant. They had plenty of lettuce and shrimp. In fact they weren't out of anything.

Went in through the bar so had to wander through a little of the dining room to the hostess station. Was greeted promptly and was told if we'd prefer a booth one was emptying now (we did and yay that they thought to offer that). The dining room is a vacation seafood vibe. Server was extremely personable and attentive. The food was excellent and prices were reasonable. This will be one of my new go-tos when I'm feeling like seafood!

Well... had put visiting here off to long. Sure I haven't been in Florida for even a year yet. But had in my head this place looked okay but was going to be over priced. Nope. This place is very reasonably priced and the portions are a good size and great taste. We are definitely adding this to our list of places to return and we look forward to trying many things on their menu. Bonus: the staff was friendly and attentive.

Been thinking of trying CJ's for a while and have gotten a few recommendations from people I know. Finally got the chance to go and it was okay. It definitely wasn't bad but it wasn't really good or great. We ordered the calamari app. They were pretty crisp and tender, but they were salty and not much other flavor than just salt. And the $13 for a dozen calamari rings was a lot. My bf and I both got fish and chips. I upgraded to onion rings(when we got the bill I was charged $4 for a side of onion rings instead of what should have been a $3 upcharge). The fish was good, breading ended up a little soggy but not too bad. Coleslaw was very good. Fries were just okay. They didn't have the clam chowder my boyfriend ordered and he was disappointed by that but we understand things happen. We can't judge anything else on the menu because we just got basic fish and chips, but I have definitely had better fish and chips locally and for less money. Service was good, friendly waiter. We will probably give this place another try, maybe for a dinner date night when we want to spend more on fancier seafood.

Five of us went here and all wanted fried oysters. We were informed they didn't have any. We were disappointed but it made us try something different. If you haven't tried the seafood nachos, you must. Shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, fried scallops, all good. What was impressive is, I believe it was the owner, came by our table twice. First he asked how everything was and the second time, apologized for not having oysters and explained to us.Great atmosphere, good food and good service, even in these days. Having employee shortages.
