There was NO customer service at all at this Domino's called was put on hold for 4 minutes I hung up because we were there. We went inside to order they were not really busy, young lady taking the order didnt have a clue. I ordered an Extravaganzza pizza and wanted No black olives and mushrooms on half the pizza. We got home and that pizza was half Extravganzza with no olives the other half was a CHEESE pizza not what I ordered....I am not happy with this place at all, will Not recommend it to anyone....

For a food chain pizza restaurant it's not bad at all. They serve delicious pizza. Chain pizza restaurants around here don't quite hit that mark. Most other places will serve you cold and or greasy greasy pizzas, bleh!!

The manager at this domino's was cussing out her team and also being very rude. I get that it a crazy job but to be rude to your team is very bad management and also to throw stuff around is extremely bad. I didn't get all my stuff but my focus is on the staff that have to put up with that is so wrong. I hope everyone see this including the top

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. The lack of professionalism from the manager Candy is extremely uncalled for. The way she treats customers is not how you SHOULD treat customers! The lack of respect and kindness is truly not who you SHOULD want as a manager. When someone gets bad order and wants it remade or a refunded (when the whole order was brought back and is clearly messed up and not edible) you do NOT hide in the back for 20 mins after someone asks for a manger and then come out yelling “What do you want”. Coming from someone who’s worked in the customer service industry you treat everyone with kindness and you surely want to make sure your customers come back. HOWEVER, we will NOT be back and this dominos will not be getting any business from me.

My dad ordered pizza and when it arrived it was severely disfigured and burnt. He drove to go get a replacement to which the manager Candy was extremely rude and yelled at him. He came back and was very upset about what occurred and i’m appalled that a worker let alone MANAGER would act this way. He did not deserve this and the manager needs to be spoken to or fired for the disrespect.

I’m not even sure how to explain everything that occurred. Initially we received half our order. Driver said they would remake the whole order and bring it to our house. After waiting an additional hour, we tried contacting the store. After being on hold for 20 minutes they wouldn’t let us talk to the manager. Then they hung up. Every time we called back, they immediately hung up on us. Thirty minutes later, the second half of our order arrived cold. The driver tried to hide from us, but we made him stop to talk to us. He informed us that the other driver took half of our order. To us it appears that one driver took half our order and another driver took the other half. So the second half we received clearly sat somewhere in one of their bags for two hours before they delivered the very cold food to us.

Impossible. The guy behind the counter spent 15 minutes trying to understand “cheese bread and marinara sauce please”. Don’t waste your time. Pizza Hut is right down the road. (And they don’t have a “genius” behind the counter)
