Each Domino's location is different some are really good this one I went to in eustis was very bad barely any toppings on the pizza they are really skimping back won't go to this location anymore

If you live somewhere where there is stairs you better hope Karim is not your delivery driver every single time I order and I get Karim he refuses to use the stairs if I am paying for delivery I dont want to have meet the driver in the parking lot of where I live on top of that it always takes him 30+ minutes to get here when I only live 10 minutes away at most great food terrible delivery service.

Terrible quality and horrible attitudes. Was very let down by domino's AGAIN! Had a complaint about a pizza because like always the pizza is a saturated dough ball with barely any sauce or cheese covering the pizza. Its gross and unappetizing and finally decided to do something about it and what a mistake that was. "Candy" the manager from what I was told is the opposite of customer service. She blamed everything on her employees for messing it up rather than taking any accountability. Which is sad to see because the manager is the one who teaches them! Rather than letting me explain why I'm always disappointed in their service, she insisted on continuously cutting me off asking my order number to push me out the store To get rid of me and not deal with her mistake. The employees are driving that store into the ground. Pathetic. Do better.

This isn't My 1st bad experience with this store... Been here 22 years and it's just as bad as the Burger King on the corner... Haven't used them for years because they could get an order right... so I give them another chance... and for some reason the Delivery person couldn't make it... so I had to go to the store and pick it up. Kaylee the person behind the counter wasn't very helpful and the Manager was completely worthless... Thanks for taking off the Delivery fee👍 But no discount or apology for making me go.the extra mile 🖕 I will be deleting my Domino's App... I'll never spend another dime there...

Ordered $49 worth of pizza today plus paid tip for delivery.. Both pizzas were wrong toppings were completely wrong asked for NO GREEN PEPPERS on 1 and No Mushrooms on one what dis we get Covered in gr peppers and mushrooms. Air pockets all over the pizza's barely any cheese or sauce. Then a simple cheese pizza for my grandkids burnt dry .. I never go to Eustis Dominos always Mt Dora but did only because closer to my mom's today. I will drive from Mt Dora to Grand Island for their pizza anytime. Rude even when I called to let them know they made a mistake on the pizza's told me that I was wrong . My receipt even stated what I had ordered

Well I sat waiting for my pizza to arrive and finally I checked the tracker, it said it had been sitting in quality check for 50 minutes. So I called the store and the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. I asked why they couldn't at least send a text letting me know they were behind and he said insifisant staff! He told me my order had not been made yet. So I ended the call and expected to be waiting for a while longer but 5 mins later my delivery driver was pulling in my neighborhood. My pizza was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting around for a while! Will definitely not be ordering from this establishment again!

Made it home with the pizza I had ordered only to find out they didn’t even cut it and added 0 sauce to it. This is the last time I order from this specific dominos. It’s always terrible and worth it anymore. I’ll drive to a further one next time.
Normally great. But I'm an hour into watching one person on the makeline while 4 other employees chat. There were 14 orders qued when I arrived. Now there are 10. He'd be the one silver lining...but he keeps playing with his phone & going back to food prep without washing his hands.
Edit: Waiting all over again because they made the pizza wrong.

Just ordered like I normally do and get home one pizza is completely burnt to a crisp the other was wrong. When I called the location about the pizza I caught an attitude with the girl on the phone and she tried to tell me it was burnt because I ordered it with no sauce. I said I have ordered there over 8 years and I never ordered it that way. I told her it took 3 tries to even get it ordered. She put me on hold I told her my husband was bringing it back. When My husband got there the girl and pizza maker both had major attitudes with him and told him we ordered it that way. If I accidentally or not ordered it without sauce it shouldn't have been burnt to a crisp black top and bottom. And they both were extremely rude and my husband finally had it because they refused to fix it or even give him a chance to talk. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this situation.
