The pizza here is good. No complaints about the food at all. Rating slightly lower because the ordering process here always feels so chaotic. When you call there is tons of loud background noise, you get put on hold, can barely hear the person talking, etc. And it's EVERY time, to the point where i steer away from wanting to order again in the future. Also wait times are a bit longer than other pizza joints in the area.

Erika is a gal who works at Double take! She deserves so many thank you’s!! She went above and beyond for me when my 2 year old became ill, as we were picking up our pizza. Not only was the pizza yummy, but the service Erika gave me, was beyond heartwarming and so appreciated. Erika, thank you for being the calm in that moment. You helped a mama who had her hands full, and I will forever be appreciative.

Me and my family have been regulars here for 12 years plus ..The food is usually good and service is usually good but I tried calling on 7/30/25 to do a phone order and I get a recording which I never have gotten before and it said leave a message well I did said I needed to place a order asap left my number and it said they would return phone call never did so someone else got my business and it would have been a big order with tip..I also got online and left a message that way too no return call...So my suggestion is you need to return calls or you will lose customers...DO BETTER.... DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Had an issue when we ordered a supreme pizza and somehow along the line it was interpreted as a plain pizza. The manager was super nice about issuing a refund and making the order right. Even gave me the plain pizza as an apology. I'll definitely eat here again and tell all my friends how nice the staff was and how good the food was

Tried to order on door dash and order was cancelled an hour after we ordered. This was going to be our first time trying but won’t give a chance now. Heard too many bad things recently and went against our better judgement to even try.

Ate here a few times before 2010 and it was good pizza for this area. Just moved back few weeks ago and ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas with coupon. Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. The one only had 2 toppings on it, both pizzas tasted terrible and there's no way they were fresh dough pizzas as advertised. Tony's pizza is better and they are average at best.
