Indoor and outdoor setting very pleasant,
The roast beef sub sandwich was actually very good.
But this place is known for pizzas that are probably the worst pizzas I've eaten in my life and I'm 71 and I eat a lot of pizza.
I would not recommend coming here for food.
Except for the sub sandwiches.. The pizza was extremely undercooked I have no form and very greasy.

I’ve been here twice now and both times have been great! I highly recommend the meatball sub… But their pizza is definitely on point too! Tonight we ordered a large veggie pizza minus the tomato and banana peppers and then added meatball and fresh garlic. Omg the pizza was delicious. It’s that kind of pizza that drips a little grease as you bit into it. With plenty of fresh toppings to savor. 😋 Ohhh and those garlic rolls with sauce to dip them in is so yummy too! We will definitely make the drive for pizza and subs from Belleview for this awesome restaurant. ❤️💯😋

Very good BBQ chicken pizza, slices were big. Garlic knots were very good as well. The service was great too. Would recommend.

We had some good pizza here! The large was a little too big for 2 people so next time we will get the smaller size. The garlic knots we Highly recommend! I also want to try their calzones. We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the lake! I do recommend that they get a big sign that says PIZZA. We have lived here for 2 years and didn't realize it was a Pizza Restaurant. It's really good, nice staff, and great views of the lake!

What a gem of a place! Friends recommended El Marie so we went for a late lunch. Aaron, the owner, greeted us at the door and came over to explain the menu. There were so many amazing options. I chose the white pizza with chicken and bacon. It was delicious! Our friends recommended the garlic knots so we had those as well. Erika was our waitress and she did a great job. Making sure our drinks were filled and checked on us numerous times. I would definitely recommend and we will be back again.

Our first visit. We are snowbirds and enjoy local restaurants. Arron, owner, was very welcoming and even provided a sample. Omg, the garlic rolls!! I had calzone and it was great. Enough leftovers for another meal. We will return.

El Marie is our favorite pizza joint! We love the generous garlic knots—they’re the best. Pizza is also hard to top. Staff and atmosphere keep us coming back time and again! Kudos to El Marie! Thank you!

A co-worker told me about this pizza/sandwich shop in downtown Eustis, so we stopped by and had lunch. I was very impressed with the Hogie and ordered and the roast beef sandwich my co-worker ordered. The meats were very fresh and well as the veggies, but the bread was “da bomb”. As the staff were bringing out pizza to the couple beside us, dang did it look amazing.
The service was great and the restaurant was cute and very clean.

Hands down, the best subs you can get in Florida. Spend the few extra bucks and skip Subway, Jersey Mike's, and all the rest. I've had many subs in New York, Philly, DC, think this is the best sub I've ever had.
