Service is bad they have to many young kids working there that's just there to get a check they don't want to do there job since this location in Leesburg open badd service every time I go there I work down the street every day I try to buy something from there in it ends up being nasty either bagel not toast or the breakfast bowls you pay so much to receive so little In when u pay for extra grits they don't look at the order the give u a regular order something need to be done with this location being it's a new on u.s 19 they need to get rid of the kids that works there in get people in that's knows there job then I order on line order never ready when pick up they tell you to pull to the next window just baddddddd service over all .

We came in well an hour before close, but due to service not being fast enough, getting to the window 10 mins later at 5:57 they refused to toast a bagel. Not a sandwich, not croissant, a bagel. The lady at the register was all for it and then some other lady came out and said that they would not toast a bagel. Absolutely ridiculous to deny toasting a bagel, just an excuse not to actually do your job. Service should end at close, not an hour beforehand to pre close.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL THE STAFF HERE!! From the manager on down they KNOW my order sometimes when they see me pull up they have my order made before I even order š talk about service!! From the smiles,the great coffee and personable experience thereās no other place I would rather get my Tuscany toffee hot half sweet than here!! BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER!!!

Whether you place a mobile order or order in person staff seem to ignore your customization requests. Why have customizations and not follow specific customers request, then you want tips. Do you not realize that we are paying more to have the extra syrups or flavors we are requesting. Iāll never understand why it is so hard to add a few packets of sugar as customers request either. Not very friendly either and like to talk about you because you want your coffee sweeter than some. Not everyone likes their coffee black.
