Adriana, is such a delight. We absolutely love that she is apart of our morning coffee runs. We skip Starbucks for Ellianos because they treat you like family and the coffee is amazing.

Absolutely love everything on the menu, cannot go wrong. People are gorgeous and very welcoming, and make me feel at home every time I go! Highly recommend, if you're gonna pay Starbucks prices, trust me, this place is well worth it, puts It's competitors to shame! Respectfully. The breakfast is amazing too! Highly recommend trying the Tuxedo Freezer, and Bacon egg and cheese on their delicious Asiago Bagel!

We had a very bad experience two times at this location. I placed mobile orders both times and still waited over 20 minutes to receive our drinks. One frozen drink came out before the other and melted by the time the second drink came out. This most recent visit we also waited over 20 minutes and when I received my drink it had curdled, powdery chunks in it. I payed nearly $8 for this drink that was not even drinkable. Photos of the drink are included. I unfortunately would not recommend this location.

We've gone there twice, and both times they've made the drive-through take forever and screwed up my girlfriend's order. The employee who stands outside seems to delay rather than expedite the process. First, they gave her an iced coffee at the beginning of the drive-through process, which melted in the heat before we got to the window to pick up line. Last time, after another long wait they gave her a Redbull refresher with CHUNKS in it that had no business being in that drink. We'll go to other Ellianos but never again to this one.

Normally, I love Eliana's coffee! This location is the laziest, rudest bunch I have ever encountered. I ordered a hot latte with an extra shot of espresso and vanilla. They brought out a iced latte without the extra shot of espresso and when I told him that is not what I ordered, They simply took my drink, chucked it in the microwave and heated it up! I have had better coffee at 7-Eleven and that is not saying much at all. If I could give them less than one star I would do it! A coffee that cost seven dollars Should be what you ordered. I got a nasty look when I sent back the iced latte and they really thought they were fooling me by microwaving my latte and calling it a hot latte.

Never left Ellianos feeling disappointed. They are always friendly, the food is always great and the coffee is better than any of the competitors. I love that they always give my pup a pup cup, but my dog has come to expect them every time we go through the drive-thru
