Fantastic local spot to grab healthy meal replacement options. Fantastic staff, and a overly welcoming atmosphere. I go here a minimum of three times a week and I’m always amazed by the amount of people that the owner knows by their first name when they come in the door. She’s definitely figured out a recipe for a delicious business here.

I stopped by after the gym to be refreshed. I ordered a “I Need A Vacation” specialty shake, which left me with a feeling of overall wellness. I felt the price was high until I finished the shake and realized it actually made me feel better. There is a countertop to drink your shake at and hangout which was cool. I look forward to returning.

What an awesome local find!! I went in the other day for the first time and the person working there, Logan, greeted each person who came in by name - its clear they love their customers!!
I got a energy refresher (the Sunrise was so good!) plus their protein mini donuts. Both were so delicious (the guava and cream cheese topping was really good on the donuts). I'll definitely be back to try out all the rest of the awesome flavors!

I had just gotten out of A1 Automotive Center and wanted to get something quick nearby before heading to work. This spot popped up on Google maps so I figured I'd try it because I'll always prefer to support a local small business instead of a chain.
I had just one minute of a hard time finding it only because it doesn't have huge signage like the other shops of the plaza. It's on the corner of the plaza directly to the side of the pizza shop.
I received a VERY warm welcome from everyone (patrons AND owner) as I walked in. Vibe ✔!
Ended up getting The Blind Date shake. ? I'm Puerto Rican. I was not expecting my shake to TASTE ? LIKE ? COQUITO ?! ??? BUT IT'S HEALTHY! ? My boss is going to be wondering why I'm so chipper this morning. THANK YOU HANNAH!
