Today i’m back and I want to give a huge shout out to Nick And Gina my order waiting on me with a smile on their face, dealing with angry customers that goes a long way in my book this song howie is the fastest out of all of them and I think the quality of the food is great. You can create your own pizzas and they have the cheapest price. It definitely is better than Domino’s Pizza Hut And Little Caesars so give it a try. You won’t be disappointed and for all the DoorDash drivers This is the location you want to go to especially when Gina And Nick are working—-I’m back again today and Nick is handling my order. I’ve seen Nick handle people that are rude with a smile on his face that goes a long way ,him along with the others in this review make this hungry Howie‘s my favorite place to go pick up I do DoorDash And they are always on time. I order from this place and I pick up deliveries. I’d like to give a shout out to Brandon and Kylie from an outsider looking in. I can tell you that I always feel like they’re understaffed and they get swamped with the orders and they have to work extra hard and deal with people that are rude with a smile on their face. That’s what I seen them do I had the pleasure to speak with Brandon what a nice guy he is very personable very open and easy to talk to I’m always by myself and when you go into a place like that with good atmosphere, it just makes you feel like you’re at home and the prices you can’t be for the quality. Service was incredibly slow, and the girl kept lying to me that the food was gonna take another 5 minutes. TOOK 30 for 1 pizza. And on top of that it was luke warm. Ridiculous

We ordered one Pizza, one dozen BBQ Wings, and one dozen Original wings. I picked up the order, but when I got Home my wife complained that the Original was burning her mouth. I knew I gave her the Original wings, and I told her so. Then I tasted them. She was right. It was hot and spicy! I called the store, and I complained that I received the wrong ones. I told the young man that I believe they mixed up because one dozen wasn't Original. He insisted they were, because he boxed them up. He became irate with me. He said I will make you a new order but you Must return the other order. I told him I only wanted what I ordered. Again he said I got what I ordered. So I asked him what Original wings were. He told me they are dipped in Buffalo Sauce. Why in the world would they put Buffalo Sauce on Original wings? Then to make matters worse there is no mention of Buffalo Sauce on Original wings. He said they Never had a complaint about the wings before. I asked him if anyone else was allergic to Buffalo Sauce and he said "No one has Ever complained about our wings before ". Didn't answer my question. I said I will call back tomorrow and talk to the owner. He got offensive and said he was the owner. I told him I didn't want free wings. Also said I will never order from them again. I won't either! They just lost a family that loves Pizza and wings! Thank God Marco's Pizza is up the street. It doesn't matter though I will drive 30 miles for Pizza and wings before I order from Hungry Howies in Eustis, Florida!

Generic hungry howies, they follow directions, my order is always right and ready on time . Love the antipasta salad and the subs are kinda like open face calzone. Only thing I would not recommend is the wings , they are a bust. But this location is right next door to a awesome wing shop . Usually we order a couple pizzas and pick up wings next door

I love hungry howies and never had a bad experience until going to this location.. I ordered online a pretty big order and got a steak sub, but I didn’t want mushrooms so I go to remove it from the add ons and there’s no option to do anything for the mushrooms… so I called to tell them I don’t want mushrooms and no one answered and I was waiting like 20 minutes… hung up and called again and same thing.. so annoying.. I spent 30 minutes trying to pick out every mushroom but it tasted so bad I couldn’t even finish it..

Been ordering from both the Eustis and Tavares hungry howies for years and the Eustis hungry howies is consistently such low quality by quite a big difference. In comparison to Tavares whose crust is always a golden brown/beige, this location’s is always darker and more on the burnt side. Again this is consistent over the coarse of years, im not sure whether it’s a difference in equipment or training but I hate ordering from this location because I can expect 100% of the time that the product is always going to be less enjoyable than if I ordered from the Tavares location.
John is always a great help in person at store or on the phone. I don’t know how many times I’ve tried to tip him as well but he always says “just take care of my drivers” even after insisting I can send him a separate tip. He won’t accept, which is pretty admirable. Anyway, I appreciate his thoroughness. And I’ll continue ordering as long as yall have John climbing the ladder and the guy in the white vw stick around.

I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out when I visit, but acknowledgment would be nice. When the guy did come to the counter, we didn't get a hello or even a fake smile. I get people have bad days, but while we were waiting for our order, other employees came to the front, and it was the same all the way around. No greeting, no nothing. Just literally standing there until the customer speaks. I'm not sure if they were all just having a bad day, and this was just a fluke, or if this is the regular attitude here, but....Btw, I do work in customer service, and my boss would be all over us for not acknowledging the customers, no matter if we're super busy or whatever we're doing. A simple "hello" or "we'll be right with you" goes a long way

I ordered a pizza online and chose to have the pizza lightly cooked. When I picked up the pizza it was beyond burnt. The pepperoni was black. The cashier and manager on duty were very rude. The cashier stated my choices are either I pay for a burnt pizza or I get wait and inconvenience myself for a new one. I told her I would keep the pizza but, I wasn't going to pay for a burnt pizza. The manager said he can't give me a pizza for free, even though they burnt my original order and was going to let me keep that pizza in I pay for a new one. This was a terrible experience.
