The food is good and the servers do what they can but the kitchen must be extremely understaffed. I purposely waited 30 minutes after my order's expected completion time and it still wasn't ready. This is becoming consistent as I order from here on a constant basis and it's becoming a problem.

I ate at ihop on Saturday I ordered scrambled eggs. I got fried eggs. I ordered bacon it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I waited for about 25 minutes to be disappointed. I will never order from ihop again worst food ever.

Toast was precooked. Then put on a griddle to reheat. Use oil instead of butter one side was soaked and the other side was dry. I got two eggs on a very small plate. I also got the egg with the Hollandaise sauce the egg McMuffin was so hard I could not even cut it with a knife. The server never came back to see if anything was wrong forgot the jams for the toast. And 4 slices of toast was almost $8. This was a horrible experience and we will never ever go back

As soon as you walk in you know it's a bad idea. Waiting room super small. You can probably fit 3 people and that's pushing it. People that work there are rude. Take 60 mins to get your food. Trust me, I order at home and waiting till the time they told me PLUSS SOME MORE. they just need close.

Food was good. Even had to ask them to fix something and they did it without a problem or arguing. Which was really nice. I'm tired of explanations that have taken places for excuses. So yes I would recommend stopping in there and giving it a try.

Martin is a great server and I would come back again :-) Only took off a star because I think in the whole building there was only Martin working as a waiter and a chef in the back. No fault to them, but just scheduling. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious.
My husband and I were seated right away and it wasn't busy at all. We sat there for probably 20 minutes when a waitress said let me find out who your waitress is. She told the hostess to take our drink order which she did. After the hostess brought our drinks we sat there for another 20 minutes while people all around us were being served. We finally got up and left. Couldn't even find anybody to tell them we were leaving! We had a similar incident the last time we went here.
We ended up getting breakfast at another restaurant and the service and atmosphere was like night and day! Sorry ihop, we found a new favorite breakfast spot.

I don’t have an issue with the service, but as my wife, daughter and I walked in we immediately picked up a strong odor of microbial growth (mold). As we were walking towards our table, we noticed stains all over the ceiling. The majority of the ceiling tiles all had microbial growth. I decided it was not a good idea to eat there since the odor was so aggressive.
