It was an exceptionally hot day. We searched for a place that sold ice cream. Our hope began to wane when we saw the Lakeside Scoop sign. We drove onto their parking lot and entered a place that blew our minds. It was like stepping back in time...many flavors of ice cream, a wide variety of toppings, candy, drinks, etc. The service was exceptional and the servers were patient with me. We placed our order and sat at the table and enjoyed a cool cup of ice cream....wow!
It cost us over $20 for two milkshakes plus a tip, so I don't think we will go back again any time soon, but since we don't try new things much I think this place was well worth the cost for a one-time treat yourself type splurge.I loooooved my milkshake tho
The folks at Lakeside Scoops are Always friendly and helpful. They make sure your cone or sundae is always the best! Definitely stop in if you like ice cream and find yourself in Eustis!
