Walked into this place on Saturday 2/7/25 around 6:30pm 1 gentleman working all alone about 8 people waiting it took him 10 minutes to make a milkshake at that rate we would have waited an hour for some ice cream. Having 1 person working by themselves on a peak shift just not good. We ended up just walking out. Kids were disappointed.

I took my boys here yesterday. They have 40 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Prices are reasonable and include shakes, sundaes, splits, and cones. We ordered sundaes and shakes and both were delicious.
We visited on a Friday afternoon and the lone employee was overwhelmed, so hopefully they're able to staff the place in accordance with demand going forward.

Gave a 3 star rating because of this first experience. Love their ice cream but it's pricy when you get ripped on a full hand packed pint. Bought two this day and both were short packed. I don't know her name but she left a bad didn't care when I called back. See pic 1 below.
Update visited again today, 12/5/25, and met employee Jesus. Great employee very personable and friendly helpful and knows how to hand pack ice cream. Thank you Jesus for your excellent customer service. Because of Jesus I changed my stars to a 5s. It melted a bit on the way home but see pic 2 below.

Took our kiddos out right before they closed. Fresh dipped and sprinkled cones, fair prices, and a single scoop was a heavy handed scoop with every penny. Served by a younger guy who was super patient with our teenagers who were being rather rambunctious. WILL be coming back as we live 0.8 away and it’s a cute little family spot 🙏🏼

We are fond of this establishment and although the weather has been unpredictable during our visits to the Eustis pool, with lightning and 20-minute waits, we have established a tradition of waiting it out at the ice cream parlor with air conditioning. They always have specials, so I recommend checking out Lickitt Split.
