The drivers need to stop smoking in their cars (I assume with windows up) because our food on 7/9 and now 8/14 smells like smoke. I didn't get my salad last time, but this time I did and the salad smells like 2 packs a day. FREAKING gross dude. Outside of those 2 situations its good food and good staff
I’ve really enjoyed every visit to this Marco’s Pizza. The pizza is consistently delicious. We tried a few different kinds and even the cauliflower crust was amazing. You’d never guess it wasn’t regular crust! I also love that this specific location is quiet and never too crowded. A great spot to enjoy good pizza without the noise or rush.

He’s always very attentive and welcoming and he’s always got my order ready by the time I get there and that makes a huge difference in my day thank you Louis. Keep up the good work

Date of Visit: 07/09/25, Time: 8:27 pm Order Taker: Haize. She provided excellent customer service, polite, excellent mannerisms and more young people should follow in her footsteps. Yes Ma'am and No Sir are not common with the younger generation and she demonstrated she was taught well. Food: we have only ordered pizza or cheese bread from Marco's. Both have been good and served hot. Not bad for a chain restaurant. My teenage son prefers Marco's and Papa John's Pizza when it comes to fast take out pizzas. Prices are reasonable and better if you order online. The online ordering can be frustrating when it's not working well. I was informed by Miss. Haize that it happens and to just call the store and they will help you with getting the same price as online. Also check out their special for days that call for a full moon. Restaurant is clean. I have never witnessed many people sitting down to eat. It's usually orders to go. Restrooms are clean and tidy too.

Horrible service and the price isnt the same from one visit to the next order here every week and all of sudden it changes come on do better!

Got XL hand tossed parmesan crust, with just hamburger and shredded pepperoni. I've never really liked pepperoni, but I love the shredded kind! Thank you also for being affordable. One big pizza feeds 3 adults affordably.

Ordered a delivery order of 3 pizzas at 10:29pm on 4/23/25. Their website says they close at 11pm. As soon as I placed the order I immediately got a call from Ricky who I guess was the shift supervisor. He said he didn't have a driver to deliver the pizzas to us. He said he would try to refund my order. I said we could just come by and pick up the pizzas since it says the pizzas would be ready in about 20-30 minutes, and we could be there by 10:45pm. Ricky said that wouldnt work. When we asked him why he couldn't really give us an answer, but I assume he just really didn't feel like making the pizzas and wanted to skip out early. Not really sure why Marcos has a closing time of 11pm when they won't even make you a pizza at 10:30. I guess their actually closing time is 10pm, or at least it is if their employees decide they're done working for the day. To make matters worse, he wasn't able to refund me the full amount that I paid but said the delivery fee would be a credit for a future purchase or I could come into the store to get my delivery fee reimbursed. Very disappointed with the way Ricky handled this. For Marcos to stop making pizzas at 10:30pm when they're supposed to be open til 11pm is false advertising. Especially when Dominoes down the street is open til 12am. We have a large family and buy pizza from Marco's several times a month but this experience has made me reconsider giving this place my business again.
