Been going to the coffee shop a few days a week, trying all their fall drinks. Today I stopped in to work from the cafe a bit and the atmosphere was so quiet, cozy and comfortable I stayed for 3 hours. The Rustic Pumpkin latte is by far my favorite but you really can’t go wrong, also the chicken salad croissant is delicious. So happy to have a small owned coffee shop downtown and walkable to the lake, everyone please go support this place so they can stick around! Our downtown...
One Thirteen Coffeehouse is an absolute gem. The coffee was really good, and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was delicious. The vibes are incredibly relaxing—I honestly felt like I was in a spa, but inside a coffeehouse.
This is officially my new favorite coffee shop in Eustis. Ladies, you definitely need to check this place out.

I had the coffee special. I think the name was cloud special. It was delicious and came in a pretty mug! The atmosphere was nice. Very busy at 1030 a.m. A lot of loud talking it was hard to hear my conversation with my niece.
