Been here a couple of times after work to pick up carryout orders, both times the food was worth it. App makes ordering so easy!
My last order was supposed to be ready for about 5 PM, and when I arrived at 5:05, the second pizza in my order was not yet ready. The person behind the counter was nice enough. It took about another 5 minutes to complete my order.
Looking around the restaurant while I waited allowed me to see that it appeared to be clean and that there was also a buffet for a future visit. Smallish interior with some seating and TV's.
The waitress by the name of Yalonda was rude to me and my kids as soon as we entered. I brought with me my halfway water bottle with my medication and she told me in front of everyone I was not allowed to drink my water. She practically made me chug my water in front of everyone making me feel humiliated before letting me sit on a table. This type of people shouldn’t be in the restaurant. Industry. They should work in correctional facilities. Will make sure corporate is aware. Will never go there again with my family. Need to hire people with self worth and dignity.

Went to pick up my order, which said it would be done by 5:20, well I waited 25 minutes and it wasn’t even made. When I asked for a refund Vanessa got loud with me, and was not sure why I was upset. I tried to explain that I had been waiting 25 minutes and she continued to get loud and told me to call her manager and she walked away. So I did. The first time in my entire life. That employee was rude, crass, and she made me never want to go back to Pizza Hut. I know I’m just one person, but you won’t get my business again. You can kindly thank Vanessa and the long wait.

I ordered 2 16 wing deals at 830 on Wed 2/26 they forgot an order of fries and wings and the wings we got looked half eaten definitely not 2 orders I order this meal often and I have been on the phone since 845 it's now 1015 and no one is answering the phone I'm handicapped and am unable to drive down to the store what a waste I'll never go here again

The service was terrible, I asked for a delivery which was estimated to be delivered at 8:02 and my delivery never showed up, they transferred me to the call center 2 times and they never answered my calls, what a disappointment that a prestigious pizza brand allows irresponsible employees

We have been there a few times. I was very disappointed today! The cook was great, the food was good but the waitress was horrible. We had lunch buffet. She never offered us a salad that is supposed to come with the buffet. I had to ask for drink refills and I had to wipe our table because it was dirty. But the worst was she basically ignored us! I always tip well even when it's buffet as long as they keep our drinks refilled and give us what is supposed to come with our meals!!

I’m done sending them feedback to see if they get better and nothing. Ordered supreme and meat lover and it has been the worst pizza so far. It was doughy, raw, super thin and hard to chew, dry, barely any ingredients or sauce. I’m telling you it tasted like left over pizza from the day before. I’m a Pizza Hut fan but I’m not going to order from this location (Eustis) anymore. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
At pizza hut now, showed up at 11:05 is now 11:20. 9 people in the restaurant so far and not one pice of food on the buffet. You guys really dropped the ball today. If you bring out one pizza now that's not even enough for each person to have one slice. Great job.
