Rosa Mezcal offers fresh Mexican food in downtown Eustis. The food is great, delicious and consistently good. Tacos, homemade tortillas and the torta are stunning and top‑notch quality. The menu includes Shrimp Tacos, Carne Asada tacos, Carne Asada, Shrimp Al Chipotle, a steak bowl and chicken wings (mango habanero). The tableside guacamole is out of this world and is made fresh right at the table. Margaritas are large and delicious, and the agave mule is also delicious. Service is fast, speedy and friendly. The staff are attentive and make sure guests are taken care of the whole night. The interior is simply stunning, young and vibrant, with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The location is nice and the town feels even better with this spot. Prices are reasonable; extra charges for cilantro in a burrito or extra flour tortillas have been noted. Guests often say this is the best Mexican food in Central Florida and a favorite local Mexican spot. The restaurant is highly recommended for good food, generous portions and a fun experience.
