My mom visits this location regularly for the strawberry smoothie, and she’s always satisfied. This review is especially for the young lady who took her order—she was super friendly, energetic, and an absolute joy to interact with. I didn’t get her name, but customer service like hers truly deserves recognition. Love when great service matches a great drink!

Everything is artificial flavoring out of a machine. Not made with real fruit in milkshakes its all syrup. As far as service the young girls inside making the drinks are more worried about talking amongst themselves than making the drinks a priority and the young man taking the order was sick coughing, stuffy sounding. We were a little worried we may get more our drinks the day we went. We were not impressed 😐
Went for the first time a couple weeks ago... food was okay, coffee was terrible. Decided I would give it a second chance today and safe to say I won't be returning. I have never experienced a staff as bad as this one. It took 13 minutes to get a medium hot coffee and when I got to the window the lady acted like I couldn't have been more on an inconvenience. On her phone... wouldn't even look at me. Won't be getting my business ever again.

The coffee is the worst coffee I’ve ever had and took ages to come and whoever was helping me witch I late found out through other employees was a girl named Lilly was outright nasty and showed the level of professionalism they hold at this store
