I go inside to get my coffee. I've been to Starbucks all over the country. I have never had a complaint until now. 4 times in a row I ordered a plain coffee that was luke warm at best and stale. Meaning old coffee. They brewed me a fresh cofffee and it was luke warm! The manager needs to get his staff on top of this problem.

To the Starbucks at David walker, I have never once had a bad experience with anything that has come out of your location. I have consistently had employees go above and beyond to make my morning easier. I would like to especially shout out an employee Emma Kate, who helped me out this morning. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had going through a drive-through. She was absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition!

I ordered an iced white mocha, all I wanted extra was ice. They couldn't even do thst. I got a hot coffee, I can't drink and tastes terrible. I'll never go to another Starbucks again.

Drive thru was quick, order was correct, barista was friendly.
The barista handed me my drink that was filled 3/4 of the way up. I asked why wasn't it full. She said she could add more ice. The drink was already more ice than coffee. She robbed me. Right in front of my face. And said it's OK, there's nothing you can do about it. Little did she know I am a self appointed platinum level Google reviewer.

I use to be shift supervisor at this store. I have been worked there for three years, since the day it opened in 2017. Now I go there time to time but no one is able to make my espresso macchiato properly. I hate being a Karen, I despise those characters, but every time is the same story, I have to make them remake my coffe all the time. I almost have to argue today with who probably was a shift manager and she had quite an attitude with me while I was simply explaining to the barista that the espresso macchiato always come in the short cup, but she was making at in a tall. And I was the one to specify the size at the moment i placed my order?? Since when??Either way, there are constantly new people, it's impossible to get a decent espresso macchiato, when nobody knows how it is done.And the managing is really weak and lack in manners.I had great moments during the time spent working there. As a customer it's really become a challenge.
