****HELP THESE FINE WORKERS!!! It’s Wednesday, August 27 2025 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I visited the subway in Eustis. The air conditioning was broke down. It was 90° on their thermostat. I chose to eat in anyway and that was fine. Service was great and friendly, especially under the very hot circumstances! I STORONGLY ENCOURAGE THE OWNER TO DO SOMETHING EXTRA MONEY OR TIME OFF WITH PAY!!! These two ladies work through the heat they were sweating. They held up the sales and the lunch rush without missing a beat in the extreme heat! Please do the right thing! Our community trust that you will do that for these fine workers!

When we came in to order subs. I order the boss but they have no black olives on prep. My wife order turkey titan prep made just right. Went to get soda Mt dew is out also no straws is completely out. Management need to get better on order things to make subway better

Best Subway I've been to. The portions were amazing and the service was fast. They have a lot of repeat customers so the locals know where to go. We were traveling to see family and stopped to get lunch. Made an effort to get it again on the way back!

I got my sandwich with no problem, very nice girls working behind the counter. Two different ladies came in to order after me with nasty attitudes, both employees still treated them amazing! Props to the girls for having to deal with rude people.

Prep station is a disaster. They don’t change gloves in between meats and vegetables. very poor looking hygiene from employees. I left while watching the employee make the sandwiches. I don’t want food poisoning. Terrible location.
Walked in this subway at 8:35 PM, the employee came flying from the back of the store, screaming, “we are out of meatballs, mayonnaise, can’t heat any subs, no lettuce, no tomato” unbelievable I knew it was a lie. I looked to see when was closing and I saw it was 9. Ridiculous, I wish I would’ve gotten her name because you mean to tell me you’re out of everything and can’t heat any subs. She just didn’t want to pull everything out before closing. It’s always an issue with this Subway! It’s by far the worse of the worse. Like closing is at 9. I will be calling corporate. This is ridiculous.!

Their operating hours are not until 10 pm, it's only 9:30 pm, my husband drove to Subway for a quick dinner for us. Closed, no one is there.

In order online. Oct. 24th. Pick up time 5:10pm. Order was ready. When I got home found out they did but any tuna on it. Call and was told they had to see the sub. Took it back. The lady look at it and took into the office. Was in there for 2 minutes. The manager came out of the office with tuna on the sub. It was not my sub. They took a picture of the sub. Everything thing else was ok. If the sub had tuna on it I would not of called back. I would like my money back. This is picture of my online receipt
