Grumpy manager and employees! I was in the Eustis subway where I normally get my dinner periodically this was on February 10 about 4:30 PM. After standing in line for about 10 minutes and watching the manager get irritated with the line and start to get short with customers, not listening and customers walking out I did the same! Poor practice amongst the management and the team of employees serving customers yesterday! Hope they fix this quick!

First and foremost, I requent this establishment weekly. I usually purchase 3 subs, but, tonight was different because of the superbowl!!!
There's an issue that needs to be addressed... I don't know the girls' name that was working tonight 02/09/2025 , nor, the young man that refused to give me her name. But, she has an issue with her attitude and she has a potty mouth! My intention was to order a bunch of subs and the first was a #11 , oddly she didn't know what that was, and I asked for pepperjack cheese, she didn't even acknowledge me, nor look at me, I repeated the pepperjack cheese and she YELLED at me she heard me, I said ok I didn't know you heard me because you didn't look at me or acknowledge that you heard me, well... She started swearing and hollering, and quite frankly, she looked absolutely ridiculous, then, proceeded to throw me out of there and called the police on me, I have to say that I'M DISAPPOINTED the way she handled this matter, even her co worker was trying to get her to stop her from yelling & swearing at me! (Yes, I admit I swore at her, too! But, she opened the swear book!) At the end of the day, all of this nonsense could of been avoided; if she would of just acknowledged me, looked at me, maybe smiled, and parked her problems at the door before she clocked in! Another thing is your company lost good money tonight because we were ordering for a superbowl party and was going to spend over $100.00 ! ! Will I go back, HELL NO !

When I went in, there was only one girl working, and I thought I was in for a wait. But she moved a fluid efficiency that was truly impressive. She was also cheerful and friendly, and well in control of things. My sandwich was also great.

It's 9:35 pm, the closest subway to us closed early. This was a back up option, called twice, no answer, also closed. Hours need to be adjusted to reflect true closing time. *** Correction, they actually are open, just have minimal to no food/products in stock***

Cedney it’s racist. She gives a horrible costumer service calling people Mexicans without knowing just because we speak Spanish. I mean should this place even be open with people like that? The supervisor wasn’t doing anything she was giving people attitude.

Not friendly at , then when I asked to have my cucumber cut up some, she said we usually don't cut them up but proceeded to cut them of course with a attitude, I thanked her and said that's the first time I've ever heard that. I will definitely visit another subway because of this experience.

I have honestly never been treated like this by any employee in food service, I believe her name was Amanda, or whoever was working today (October 15th) at 6pm! I did a mobile order, when I got there she was working on an order before me so I sat down to wait. I see her finishing my sandwich and the mayo ran out and she didn’t put enough on my sandwich yet, it was just a couple of squirts. I wasn’t going to say anything because I just assumed she would restock the mayo before finishing mine, but she got the knife and starting closing the sandwich and I asked (super nicely) if she could put some more mayo on mine, and she YELLED at me, I’M GOING TO GET MORE OR YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER!! I was honestly not a difficult customer or anything like that, but I will never be coming back here, Publix has better sandwiches anyway. Honestly she probably thought she could get away treating me like that because I look like a high schooler and in sweatpants, but I have had a very successful career in the car business, working with millionaires and billionaires as my customers, while I’m making hundreds of thousands a year at age 19. People with that money don’t mind the price so much, but more about how they are treated! Moral of the story is, I think I would know what it means to have good customer service, as I get gift baskets all the time from customers! Subway, I would suggest hiring better people to represent your company! ?

Went to this subway on september 10th at 9:30am, and doors were locked. Workers gave me rude gestures for trying to open the door and asking if it's open. I don't understand why there's an opening time if the workers decide when to open up.
