This store used to be mine and my son’s favorite store. The guys were always so friendly and always gave us great service. However now I am extremely disappointed with this store. I did an order online to have delivered. First I did not know that they had DoorDash as a third party delivery service (had I known that I would have ordered through them instead). Second the system changed my address to the store’s address so I paid for food and delivery to their store. Third upon my delivery not coming I called the store and couldn’t get through (literally had to call surrounding businesses to go to the store and tell them to answer the phone). Fourth upon finally (order made at 4:30pm and getting someone on the phone 8:30pm) they told me I could go up to the store and my order made fresh and submit a request for a refund on the next day with the manager. I’m sorry how does any of this solve my problem? If I had transportation I would not have ordered delivery. However, my husband was able to pay a friend to take him up to the store where the clerk told him he was not allowed to make an order for us or he would be fired (mind you they have my $65 already because the order was made on line). They told me I had to call DoorDash to request the refund which I did and now I am told I have to wait 10-12 business days. I wait the time and call when I don’t receive my refund only to be sent on a run around and I am still waiting for my refund 14days and counting. I have even contacted corporate nothing is being done to accommodate my inconvenience and their mistakes. They don’t have to worry about me ordering online or in their store every again.

Not that great anymore, one guy behind the counter that was working hard trying to fill all the orders, he did a great job. The downside, they were out of ingredients and the soda dispenser was out of syrup for some flavors and because they were under staffed service was slow. If this is the trend there are other sandwich shops equally good and operating better.

I was visiting Tavaras for the first time for a kids with special needs event after decided to pick up lunch at the local Subway the so called manager named Sidney was very rude huffing and puffing for every request made for me and my two kids. If this is the management representing Subway it’s very bad need more individuals with customer service and upholding the restaurants integrity she needs to be fired.

Whenever the one girl with the glasses works, she always seems like she's just "over it"!! About a week ago, I was in line, and she made a comment to a girl about being so skinny, ? I was two people back, so she was loud, then raised her voice at the same girl because she misheard what kind of sandwich she wanted... She basically threw her hands up like "forget her" And moved right to the next lady like "whatever, anyways" type of energy.. I felt bad for the girl.. SMH.. hate to say it, but that made me uncomfortable to where I'd rather just come when she isn't there. I'm 40 years old I don't have time for someone to treat me like that.. it's sickening..

This is my second time having this issue at this subway with, who I believe is a manager. She is a white, short, thick girl with glasses and short hair, with a forearm tattoo. The first time I went here and got food, when she saw my order she stated to me “No wonder you’re a skinny little thing”, as no one should make comments on someone’s body. Especially as I have been recovering from not eating properly for years. I ignored that comment and continued to be nice. As I worked in food service for years.Tonight, I went there to order my partner’s food. I stated what type of sandwich it was, when she asked me the first time. After she had the bread prepared she asked what I wanted on it, as I was telling her the type of cheese, she cut me off and spoke in a higher leveled tone, while raising her hands up and down “NO, what kind of sandwich is this?!?” …. as I told her a second time. She continued to be short and nasty with me until the man took over the sandwich. I became short and quick for the rest of my order. I also caught her staring at me while I was finishing and moved from her view. This is the second time she has been rude or nasty to me while I maintained my composure. I am a 24, person of color, queer and have serve ADHD and anxiety, I was reading the order from my phone. I worked in food service as a manger for 4 years, this isn’t anyway to speak to people when, YOU make a mistake of not hearing a customer. I watched her treat the older person of color behind me 10 times better with a nicer tone of voice. So I want to know what the issue was when I was nice everytime from the jump. I do not feel comfortable coming back to this store. My sibling worked at subway for 4 years and I always watched them handle everything with grace, kindness and making those comfortable when ordering. This lady needs to be retrained or fix her attitude.

Ice cold steak subI ordered online. We put in the comments box. Please toast extra for both subs. Neither sub has been toasted. The inside of the bread has absolutely no toast marks on my steak sub. The steak meat is cold. The cheese is not melted . I called to let them know. The person made the excuse that they have fifteen minutes to make the sub for the customers arrival. This isn't a reason for the steak to be as cold as it is in the well on the sandwich line. Also I have worked for subway and I know the top of the bread is a little crisp when it t comes out of the oven and toasting it makes it more crisp. The top of the bread isn't toasted either. Horrible experience today. Who eats cold steak sandwiches? If you like it order online at this subway. Edit I also asked for onion salt pepper Parmesan cheese in my sub the only topping on my sub is the banana peppers see photo you can see the bread isn't toasted and there's no toppings except the cheese amd banana peppers a few onions

Food ordered on the subway app to be delivered. Never arrived. DoorDash says it subways issue, Subway says it’s DoorDash issue. Nobody at this location seems to know how to properly deal with the situation, including the lack of professionalism, displayed over the phone by the assistant manager, who presents overbearing. Last time I do business with this location should’ve learned my lesson six years ago when I quit using them figured staff would’ve changed but their policies haven’t.
