Came for an evening around 5pm on a Saturday for dinner. Pizza was just alright and the wings were actually pretty good. What turned me off was the cleanliness of the establishment and the service. The walls have drips of soda all down them, the booths haven’t been pulled out in what seems like ages to clean beneath them. The owner seems a bit odd. She was eating (fine, no problem) at the bar. She came over and asked what we wanted to drink. When we ordered two glasses of water, we observed her return to the bar and take a seat where she enjoyed some more bites of her food and then began writing notes or something on a piece of paper. After about five minutes, she got up and got us our waters which felt a little weird. It’s water and we’re in direct eye shot of her so it would have been nice to receive the waters with a bit quicker of a pace. Alternatively, she kept staring at our toddler when she would walk over. Like, crouching down to look at her but saying nothing. Finally when she brought our pizza, which wasn’t long, our daughter was doing what toddlers do—being distracted and not eating. She’s learning how to eat at a restaurant and so, to quiet her for a few moments while we cleaned up and paid, we put on a video for her. This is where it got weirder. When she (the owner) noticed our toddler wasn’t eating, she asked, “Is she eating?” When I said “No” she seemed to take this as an insult or something because she just turned and walked away, and got us our check. When my wife left with our toddler who was getting a bit restless, to let her walk down the sidewalk outside, the owner sort of took her time taking another bite of her food, printed our check, then slowly walked back while staring at the tv and watching a scene from a movie or show, slowing her walk so she didn’t miss a particular part while I’m sitting, waiting to join my wife and daughter outside. For me, this experience was a miss and the chef and staff standing in the back of the empty restaurant, just staring at us eat because we were the only three patrons inside, was even more awkward than we could’ve ever imagined. The small pizza was more than small, it was tiny… and everything with it, odd. Mushrooms from a can. Unevenly distributed sauce. Breadsticks were better than the pizza. I’d get the wings again, maybe, but the truth is, we probably won’t be back to dine here. It needs a good cleaning from floor to ceiling and staff needs hospitality training sooner rather than later. The health inspector will be busy with this one day if you don’t get it taken care of. Yick.

This is the type of place you only see in movies. A gem...The pizza is delicious, especially if you love the New York style of pizza and the owner Sandy is amazing. She started this pizza co. and was the only thin crust in Lake county at the time. She greets you and even serves you at the table. We just moved to town and couldn't be more excited to have this in our backyard.

Just stopped for lunch. Wife got a small pizza. I got the Italian sub. Good food, good service, very reasonable prices. Nice little shop. We will definitely be back.

First let me say that pizza is a highly personal set of preferences. So any opinion we have may be the exact opposite of someone else.
My wife had the small cheese pizza and it was a bit more flatbread/cracker crispy than she would have preferred. Personally I was good with it when I stole a bite but I’m a flatbread fan. I had the meatball sub and found it tasty but the sauce is very sweet. I skipped the cheese so it may have balanced better for the standard version and it’s my own fault ;)
I’m m not super fond of restaurants that have on the news/politics. I don’t need stress/anger/anxiety with my meal and these topics are ultimately divisive. However when asked if she could chance to something not news/politics she did and it made for a better meal.
We’ll be back because my wife wants to try the Thai pizza and I’m interested in a few of the other dishes to try them out.

Shame on them! Went in with a large group and they wouldn’t even take our order. People came in after us and were served immediately. They gave us dirty looks and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Too bad they would have made good money. Their loss. If you are from the black and brown community don’t waste your time, they won’t wait on you!

If I could give no stars I would. The moment we walked in I didn’t feel welcomed. We sat there for 10 minutes and she didn’t greet us. Other customer walked in and was greeted right away and also served drinks. I would not go back. I would not recommend.
