El Paraiso Restaurant y Taqueria

Ordered for pick up at 830pm, was told it would be ready by 855. Me and my son got there about 850 and she asked our name for the order and we sat down to wait. About 15 min later she comes up to me and asks my name and order number which I showed her on my email confirmation. She leaves and comes back a little while later saying my order was never placed its not in their system at all. Again I showed her my order and told her I already paid. She left, came back a little while later and said we're redoing your order it'll be ready in 15 min. I said wait, you dont even know my order. She said, its in our system. Me and my son looked at each other crazy. We went outside to wait because we couldnt even hear each other over the music. A couple stormed out cursing that they stood there for 15 min and no one came to seat them. We went back im 15 min later and sat and sat and sat and watched every to go order that came in be handed out. 30 min later I approached the girl and said I gave it an extra 30, you told me it would be ready in 15 min. She told me it was ready, went back, returned a while later and said they were cooking one more thing. Waited even longer .... we didnt leave till 10pm. We were so hungry when we got home and expected the food to be worth the wait. The tacos were cold and tasteless, my children got chicken tenders which they both felt ill from eating because they were drenched in grease. Our churros tasted like dough in oil, no cinnamon sugar. None of us finished our food, we all felt sick. We literally threw $100 in the trash. Would NEVER return here again or recommend anyone we know to do so either.

Beer is super cold

I asked for 8 HARD TACOS..they gave me 8 soft tacos..Then drove 20 minutes home and they was all soft. And the 4 i specifically said meat cheese lettuce only. THERE WAS ONIONS. IF MY 5 YEAR OLD WHOS DEATHLY ALLERGIC WOULD HAVE EATEN. YOUD HAVE A LAWSUIT. Then I drive back just to get told the hard tacos are more money already spent 30$. Which is no problem idda waited. But NO refunds me my 30$ then she acts like she can't make my tacos. All because I brought the tacos back...GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT AND DONT DISMISS PAYING CUSTOMERS

WENT HERE YESTERDAY…. And when I tell yall … it was the BESTTTTTTTTT MEXICAN FOOD I EVER HAD 🤍

Food is like homemade

The sour stench of rotting decay in the parking lot was disturbing enough, but the distinct marijuana odor inside was a huge NOPE for me. They also didn’t have any Chimichangas!?

Nice little hole in the wall Mexican spot. Not the Americanized garbage. Food was good. Only thing I wished was they had 10” quesadillas, an also chorizo. Wish the salsa had more of a kick to it. Maybe also more of a chili flavor. More Arbols perhaps. Chips were good,a fresh.
Service was excellent. No complaints there. She was also able to speak good English.

Best authentic mexican food I think I've ever had.

Worse place ever I was just there with my daughter we waited no server came to our table, I saw other ppl came 20 minutes later from us sat in front table of us immediately they came with chips and salsa, im not Mexican that’s why they missed treat us, we left from there to eat another place I won’t recommend to anyone else, worse of the worse.

Very good flavors! Authentic Mexican food. The pork tacos, vegetarian burrito and mixed fajitas were delicious!! Live local and will return!

Absolutely delicious! I got the mixed fajitas and chips and salsa. The fajitas came with salad, beans, and rice. It was all sooooo good. I wish I was going to be here another night so I could come back here and eat it again. Huge portion!
