This place is great. Old time Florida bbq. Great prices. Friendly, local staff. You can’t do much better than this. Authentic and unpretentious . A cultural experience too if you’re not from these parts!
Starving and almost lost from diving at a local spring I saw all the vehicles parked at this “joint”. So glad I went in. This would not have been my first choice just looking for a place while driving. Wonderful smiling service in a very small town ambience. I had the brisket and it was an 11 out of 10. I imagine the whole menu was as good. The key lime pie also was as amazing that from a Floridian since the seventies.

We loved the ambience along with the friendly staff. It is nice to feel at home and be able to joke with staff. I ordered the rib plate and got brisket with corn nuggets and fried onion strings. My husband ordered the pulled pork plate with green beans and coleslaw. This was enough food for 3-4 people honestly! The flavor was yummy and the BBQ sauce was good too. We definitely will return and I can't wait to try the pie!!!
