The rudest service for breakfast. I’m not sure what the managers problem was. The black lady with long hair and the black collared shirt. The 1st person who started our drive thru order was so nice then mid way the voice changed and the lady was beyond rude as if I was ordering too much food. She kept saying the total amount without me even finishing my order. Every single donut I asked for she rudely said don’t have it or wer out wer out. Not sure what her attitude was about but she is not someone Dunkin should be having for breakfast shift as she’s clearly the rudest human being and ruined our breakfast.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They rush your order then give you the wrong items. Then pull you up to wait for your wrong order. Close or change

Went to pickup window for online order they couldn't find, was told to go inside. Was totally ignored by staff and I was the only person inside. I had to yell to get anyone's attention. Will not ever go to DD again.

Recently placed a mobile order on the app, but when I got there I was told that "my order was not received". Even though I showed my app and the address was correct and it was just for 1 item, I was just told that "we can't give it to you because it didn't go through our system". When I got back to the car, another employee asked to see my phone and claimed that "it did go through, but we didn't have the flavor of the donut". So did the order just disappear? They ended up giving compensation for the trouble, so I thank her for that.

I asked for an iced mocha latte but with the mocha in a separate cup. The lady at the mic at 8:54 AM sounded ghetto. Also, she said we can’t put mocha on the side which is crazy because literally every location I’ve been to, allows something as simple as asking for your syrup on the side. It would be worse for them if I ordered a latte with one pump of mocha and they mess it up and I gotta come back until it’s fixed. So therefore I ask for it on the side so I can do it myself. Do yourself the favor and don’t come here. There was loud cars driving by as well, and she rudely told ME to hold on, because she can’t hear over the cars as if I am the problem. I would get to her level but the bars already low for her it seems. The girls from this morning should definitely be investigated. Another car drove off as well. Miserable people.

The location needs a whole overhaul of training. Customer service wasnt present even from the initial greeting. A simple, "Hi welcome to Dunkin Donuts, how can I help you?" or "We will be right with you". Smile even if you feel like you may not like what you do. It goes a long way and adjusts attitudes. Food was decent but can be improved. No soap available in the men's restroom which would be an instant violation from the Health Department. Making adjustments will better serve your brand and ultimately your store's reputation.

Perfect Christmas morning donuts for our covid ridden family this morning. Had some confusion with my app and the employees were more than happy to assist.

Don’t bother. I drove here this morning around 8am and ordered a dozen glazed for a fun craft with the neighborhood kids. I specifically asked for ‘A Dozen’ then asked if it could be split between two boxes (to make it easier to distribute between the kids). When the drive-thru attendant rang me up, however, she charged it as two 6-count boxes. Which is 29% more in price. I asked why a dozen was $16.98 instead of the advertised $11.99 and she told me it was ‘for inventory’. I asked to have them put in a single box if using 2 boxes was worth $5 and they initially said it wasn’t possible. Finally the manager came over, voided the original order, and rang up a single 12 count. Once home we opened up an old box of a dozen stale glazed donuts. The kids won’t care, but if you want fresh donuts go to Krispie Kreme down 17-92.

Manager is practically never there, crew struggles in rush, and there's no shift leader or manager to manage hostil situations or to backup their employees. This sunday an employee just a kid teen pass out do to several hostil situations in rush, there was ambulance outside, and manager was nowhere to be found, just 2 employees dealing with a mess. No security homeless people strange man get in and out like nothing and always team alone, or no adult[shift lead/manager to take care of any situation. Staff is nice, some younger than others, and polite, though. They need better management.
