Recently placed a mobile order on the app, but when I got there I was told that "my order was not received". Even though I showed my app and the address was correct and it was just for 1 item, I was just told that "we can't give it to you because it didn't go through our system". When I got back to the car, another employee asked to see my phone and claimed that "it did go through, but we didn't have the flavor of the donut". So did the order just disappear? This place has excellent service. Quick and friendly. It’s the owner’s of this franchise who need to be called out here. I mean from the outside the place it looks abandoned and closed. Weeds everywhere, menu signs falling down. Weeds growing down from the roof, i mean what happened here? Every business around this one including the Winn-Dixie is well kept and groomed. This location always has no line in the drive through so it's a quick experience. They also rarely get my order wrong so it's a win win for me when I am running behind but need my caffeine fix. I appreciate that they know the difference between bacon and sausage. Other locations you never quite know what you're going to get. Thanks for consistent service and food/drink!
