Clean store, employees are nice and courteous and if not out in the cooler and you ask they will check the storage freezer to see if they have it

Laziest employee ever! My husband went inside and ordered 2 small and one large mint chocolate chip ice creams in bowls to go. When he got to the car, he told me the teen boy working inside said that all they had for spoons were the mini tasting spoons. I went back in and demanded he go in the back and get regular sized spoons, which he begrudgingly did. He knew he had regular spoons back there all along, but was too lazy to go get them. No excuses, we were the only customers at the store at the time!

relatively good place, their freezers are not working according to the staff so the ice cream is a bit soft from those broken freezers, seems crazy

Cool people and a chill environment.

Lousy store. Ordered a birthday cake in advance. Got a call 5 minutes before it was to be ready that they had to “ cancel”‘and refund my payment. Neighbor told me she saw droppings close by the store.

Should have read the reviews before going. Went through drive thru, and was greeted with, "Just a moment"...after waiting a few minutes, I decided to park, and walk in. Changed my mind after driving around to the front, seeing maybe one car in the parking lot, and ZERO customers inside. Never again. Explains why the nearby mom and pop ice cream shop seems steady most of the time.

I have extremely low standards and haven't met an ice cream I don't like. Until I came here... The milkshake I got was watery and tasted bad.

This is the worst baskin-robbins I've ever been to. We spent over $10 on 2 small milkshakes and they were basically milk. Extremely overpriced and terrible quality.

Very limited ice cream choices, slowest service possible, considering we were the only people there. The staff seems very unknowable about the products and how to ring them up.

The last time we were there, there were no employees in sight. Waited for five minutes and then left. Yesterday, we went in to buy a couple of already-packed quarts of ice cream, and saw the case was completely empty, so we had to drive to Yulee. It's a shame because the Amelia Island store is only about a mile from our house. Unfortunately, this is what usually happens. I don't know why we don't just skip it and go straight to Yulee, but we keep trying!

"Good thing John was here..." was the response I got after I came in to pick up my order, of which the cashier had never heard of. She proceeded to look at her coworker and say she "didn't know nothing about none of this." The coworker just shrugged and walked off. I explained, I had already spoken with someone that morning who had the same attitude and lack of care or attention about an order I had created with them last week. I was then put on the phone with the aforementioned John, who then assured me it was all set and ready to pick up today. It's a shame because the woman that took my order originally was extremely helpful and accommodating. I never received notification it was ready to begin with, and twice encountered employees that acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. And apparently "good thing John was there"... or else what, would I have not gotten my cake?

I was here in February 2020 and got great service. But I was the only one here. I do wish they would bring back the chocolate peanut butter ice cream! But I guess that isn't under this location's control. The only thing I could have asked for is chocolate ice cream. They didnt have straight chocolate ice cream for sale, which is odd since they had Pistachio. Yuck.
