Absolutely hands down one of our favorite restaurants on the island and the absolute BEST for steaks. Gordon is an absolute riot and Graving is phenomenal. You cannot go wrong requesting either as your server and Rachel, the manager is absolutely fantastic...and has an amazing jewelry business on the side. If you want a steak do not go to Baxter's unless you'd like poor service and rubber.... Bob's has a wonderful atmosphere, friendly, attentive staff that remember you and make you feel special (and in Gordon's case you get a free comedy show), and incredible food. I highly recommend the mushrooms as well. Bob's is our go to for fine dining and a fun lovely yet friendly intimate atmosphere. Make sure you take a moment to relax by the fire pits and enjoy the march/golf course views.
Hands down, top 3 steaks that I have ever eaten, the New York Strip.... But that isn't the whole story of Bob's Steak & Chop House.The food, without a doubt, was amazing.... The bread brought out prior to the meal was fresh, the salad that we shared was to die for.... It was chopped steakhouse tomatoes with fresh mozzarella.... Yum ...I went for the recommended special that was a 14oz New York Strip with the large shrimp glazed with this amazing sauce...I have had some great steaks in the past, but this one ranks up with the top 3 all time.. easily... And at half the price of the other 2 on the list!But one of the highlights of the experience was the service. I have racked my brain trying to remember her name, but we had the nicest waitress... Originally from Romania. She was very good at her job. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Just a joy to speak with and when she learned that we were actually on our honeymoon, she went out of her way to insist that we take a complimentary piece of key lime pie with usBob's would do well to hire more people like our waitress.10 out of 10, highly recommend... For food, for service, for atmosphere.Home Run, well done Bob!

Enjoyed dinner outside for my birthday celebration and it was fantastic! As usual, service was spot on and the food was perfection! The filet, signature carrot and for me, loaded baked potato, all met my expectations - delicious! One of the best steaks in the area and never disappoints. One suggestion, please bring back the pickles! ?

We eat here monthly. Same day, same time, same table, and same server. My wife and I bring my eighty eight year old mother and my sister. My mother loves Courtney, our server, who knows when we arrive to put a fresh pot of decaf on. My Mum also likes dining out at restaurants that have tablecloths. The food is alway excellent. Once I ordered the Waygu filet and it was overcooked. The manager apologized and bought me another cooked to perfection. He suggested I take the overcooked one home, needless to say my two dogs were pleased. Most entrees come with a large glazed carrot. I eat mine but the others in my party don’t. I end up taking the huge carrots home and make the best carrot cake later in the week. Looking forward to dinner this evening.

The steak was good. The restaurant was very dark and dusty. I think a deep clean would help.
The food was over the top. Scallops- delicious, Sourdough bread- absolutely awesome, signature carrot- unique and perfectly cooked, steaks- great taste. Service was perfect. Overall great experience and we'll go back for sure!

I actually ate here 2 nights in a row. On this night the fried lobster appetizer was delicious. Cesar salad was good but overdressed. Their sides are delicious. Highly recommend the creamed corn. I have 2 notes, one is on both days I was there the meat was either way undercooked or overcooked. It's a Steakhouse this is the number one thing they should get right. Also they put a large carrot on the plate which is good, but has a sweet glaze on it that gets on everything. Would be better on a separate plate.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Bob's, and we really appreciated them sitting us at a quiet and slightly secluded booth. We received a complimentary drink to toast one another and hear the specials. My wife and I both decided to go with steak, and we were not disappointed. After our fill of our entree's, we ordered the bread pudding, which has always been on point. Our waitress was attentive and kind, and once again Bob's delivered.

Celebrating my wife's birthday we made reservations due to our enjoyment of Bob's during past meals at the restaurant. She had the special of the night Filet Medallions topped with shrimp and Shrimp Scampi sauce. She was very pleased with her meal and the small amount she allowed me to taste was excellent. I had the Prime Ribeye which was perfectly cooked. The surprise of the night for me was the potatoes with the peppercorn gravy which is now my side everytime I go to the restaurant. The carrots were cooked to perfection as usual. Thanks for a great birthday meal.
