Walked out after waiting 45 mins for cold $20 French fries…. Never got to the main… I think the server forgot about us in the front room… Soooo many choices around no reason to go here!

We ate in the courtyard area. It was peaceful and quiet (with excellent ?). The food is absolutely amazing. We've been following the owners career for many years and are always excited to eat anything coming out of his kitchen✅?

Great service. Food not as good as it once was. Original owners sold the place I think

This restaurant is tucked away on a side street and looks like someone's home. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is homey. Our party had the duck, waygu beef, lamb bolognese and vegetarian entree with scallops. All were so good. Also do yourself a favor and order the Brussel sprouts appetizer. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. You won't be disappointed.

I completely understand where the awesome reviews come from! We have been traveling for 132 days, most of which we eat out at least once a day. Burlingame was, by far, the best fare we have had thus far. We would return to Fernandina for this restaurant alone. If I could give 10 stars I would. Service, food, atmosphere were all impeccable.

There are many fine dining establishments on Amelia Island but Burlingame is one of the finest. What a neighborhood gem !! From the bar scene, the fine cocktails, the delectable desserts, to the incredible menu and fine service...............Jared, our server, was the consummate service professional. What a delightful experience. We will be back. Soon.......................

We had another wonderful dining experience at Burlingame. Our meals were outstanding and the wine list extensive. Our server did an excellent job. We look forward to our next visit.

Burlingame is always our favorite restaurant when staying on Amelia Island. Service is excellent and food is delicious and creative. Do not miss the Brussels sprouts! I had the halibut fish feature of the night which was outstanding and my husband's steak was top notch. A gem of a restaurant!

We always have a great meal and superb service at Burlingame. This time one of our guests had several allergies. We notified the restaurant in advance and they made the necessary accommodations. All of our guests were happy with their meals. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive.

Spectacular birthday dinner for my wife. She had the fish special (halibut) while I enjoyed a fabulous NY Strip. Great wine by the glass selection. Service was superb. My highest personal recommendation.

Expecting cuts of steak to eat along with veggies. The menu was not deep. The prices were over the top. The staff interupted the conversation. Restaurant opened at 530 pm perhaps they were trying to push us through.

From the outside this restaurant seems unassuming, but its ambience, service, and food are top-notch. Every dish was uniquely designed to delight the pallet. You must try the gourmet french fries that require 3 days to prepare and 10 seconds to devour! Service was exquisite as well, making the entire experience worthy of rave reviews!

This was a Valentines outing with my wife. We had reservation for 6:45 pm on the enclosed patio area. Initially we were seated in the middle table to the back of the area where the two vertical canopy covers come together. The wind was blowing and the outside temperature was in the mid-50's. After a few minutes we asked to be moved. This was good. The noise level was much too loud as two younger couples were talking loudly and making far too much noise for a small enclosed area. Here's the irony of the evening about halfway through our meal the same receptionist placed a young couple in the same cold spot from which we were moved when there were other tables available. It's important for receptionists, waiters/waitress' and manager remain instinctive of the overall surrounding.
