I took a star for not honoring Combat Veterans with a 10% discount. The service and food are excellent off the main street. The hamburger is a great choice here and ask for the mixed fries (sweet and regular). I had the house salad with blackened scallop add-on and that was delicious. Their chili feels very home cooked ( great flavor with natural ingredients). I imagine with a full crowd indoor would be loud.
We had the turkey cuban, super tasty; the spring rolls, delicious; blackened mauhi dinner, wow; and mauhi sandwich! Each and every dish was plated to perfection. Cody, our server, went above and beyond! This was the best meal we've eaten in our visit to Fernadina Beach. A hidden gem!
Quick 20 minute wait to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather with one of the best sangrias I’ve ever had, accompanied by the most handsome man I’ve ever met and the most delicious Shrimp Salad Sandwich. The music and atmosphere were the cherry on top. Ask for Amy Jo!
