Phenomenal BBQ!!! This is hands down the best BBQ I've ever had! If you're thinking about going just do it!

Came back for more and they were out of their pulled pork which was disappointing. So i decided to try the mac n cheese with brisket, while waiting for my food i noticed maybe a manager taking photos of what i thought was maybe the same thing i ordered. She came back in with the food and long behold less than ten minutes later what i saw outside being photographed was now placed in front of me, i didn't believe that they would do that but figured they wouldnt do something that unprofessional so started to eat it , how does something that was just made end up being ice cold, now im currently throwing up.

Don't get the Brunswick stew, especially if you are used to Ga or SC stew. It was not good. Service was great. We went at 7pm and there was only a handful of people there.

Only thing I have to say one good about this place was the waitress. They ran out of ribs so we order Steaks medium rare. Came out burnt and Mostly fat. Order some long islands came out with a roach floating in the drink. We are not big on complaining but that had to be addressed. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come out of there office. They sent the waitress back out and said they were going to take that one drink off are bill. And offer a free dessert. Bill still came out 100+. Will never return!!

Even though we're locals who have lived here for over 5 years, this was my first time eating at Captain Jack's smokehouse. We went on a weeknight and it was not crowded we got a table right away we sat outside on the back deck. Very pleasant area. I ordered a brisket sandwich in my wife got the pulled pork sandwich and for sides she got coleslaw and I got French fries. The meat on both were excellent. There was a variety of sauces in a caddy on the table, and the meat portions were huge. I don't think I ever taken food home on sandwiches but we both did. We had one cocktail and with tip our a total bill was under $60. We will be back.

Used to be one of the best steaks in town. The last 3 or 4 times here, steak was cooked horrible. Same experience today expensive steak cooked to death. Too bad. Won't be back again.

After waiting over and hour for our food we received our food and the chicken and ribs were not done. The chicken was completely raw.

Great food good service ? we had the pulled pork and the brisket both were very good, their BBQ sauces taste great as well. Also the BBQ seasoned fries are top notch!
