Well, my kids have a new favorite Mac n cheese. Everything else was really good, especially for the price. It was very clean! Clean floors, clean tables and all of the lighting worked. The AC diffusers were dust free, clean restrooms and friendly staff. I am not sure who the manager is, but he/she needs a raise! We will definitely be back.
Had a couple of nice seafood dinners here for our first visits. Both times we had the daily specials, which were delicious, great values and with generous portions...Sunday was $10 Shrimp and Grits, and Monday was buy one Shrimp Dinner, get a 2nd for half off. Service both evenings was excellent. Casual dining with not much ambiance but you can have a nice meal at a reasonable price.
Food was good, but overpriced. Service was almost non existent. They also force you to accept Cole slaw as a side… no substitutions. Not sure of the reasoning. They have several good sides all similarly priced. What’s the big deal of not allowing substitutions? With better service and accommodations this place could get to 4 stars.
