10 stars! Absolutely delicious food. The bolognese is out of this world!! This is the only Italian restaurant we will eat at. We've been here many times and will continue to do so! The only negative is they do not have gentleman's cubes available for an old fashioned and they served it with a maraschino cherry and a huge orange slice instead of the peel.
Amazing food. Seafood lasagna is a must and the tiramisu was amazing. The cocktails felt like a sin because of how good they were too. What really sets this place apart though is the service and how well they all work well together. A must visit for sure.
Best restaurant downtown. Superb service, high quality, delicious ingredients. Crisp, appropriately dressed salads. Perfect house made desserts. I’m Italian and am usually disappointed in Italian restaurants because their pasta is usually made ahead of time and mushy. This pasta is cooked to order, perfectly al dente. I just love everything. The chicken parm, calamari, spaghetti and meatballs, seafood pasta. You can’t go wrong. The bread. Omgosh the bread, served warm with dipping sauce. Love this place. I enjoyed the meal too much to stop and take pics.
First time, not the last time! My wife and daughter took me here on Father's Day. It was really good! The service was great. It was like we were in NY in a small Italian restaurant in one of the boroughs. I can't wait to try it again.
great date night dining
I’m only giving this one star for literally the star of the show which was Lucas the bus boy. He was attentive and had such fabulous manners and took such great care of us. However, the rest was below par. Server was impatient and rude. Tried to order a different sauce on a pasta and they wanted to upcharge $12. Not sure where the “mathing” makes sense here. Food was decent but portions small and not sure I’d say it tastes like my nonnas as claimed. Unfortunately, they are the only Italian eatery in the area so that’s how they get away with being mediocre.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I really needed to leave a review for this place. I visit Amelia island often because of family that lives here. Just tried Ciao and had an absolutely delicious meal and also a great value. My wife and I split the bruschetta, Caesar salad, chicken Marsala, and tiramisu. Every single thing was among the best I’ve ever had. The Tiramisu especially — wow, I’m totally coming back just for the tiramisu. Sooo good!
So delicious! I had gf pizza and a chocolate gf dessert! Hit the spot!
Stopped in for dinner with the family while visiting from out of town. What a fabulous choice this was. The food was amazing and the service was on point. Highly recommend!
Ciao Italian Eatery was Fabulous ? ??
Hubby had the Friday/Saturday special, which was Seafood Lasagna, and I had Spaghetti and clams. The red sauce that came with the mussels we had for appetizer was delicious, and we kept dipping our bread in it, during our full meal, we didn't want it to go to waste. For dessert, we had Limoncello Cake and a cannoli. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Loved that the owner was there and kept sweeping through the restaurant, checking on guests. We'll definitely be going back, I hear the pizza is wonderful!

Great little hidden gem! We really enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. The kids (7 & 11) enjoyed their meal and loved trying calamari for the first time. We had a great wait staff serving us and their suggestions were right on. We eill definitely be repeat customers!
Kid-friendliness: Both my kids really enjoyed the food and the wait staff was very friendly and welcoming to them. My son, 7, got a generous portion of spaghetti & meatballs. My daughter, 11, ordered off the adult menu, but kids meals are 12 & under.
