Here's what I don't understand. If you don't like interacting with people, why do you have a job that is based upon making your customer feel glad they chose your business instead of so many others that are out there? The last two times I have brought my family in here, the person behind the counter has acted like we are inconveniencing her. There is no smile or show of being happy in any way. For goodness sake. You are serving ice cream on Amelia Island! What are you so pissed about? Come on, get a grip, and make a decision to be happy with your choices or move on!!

Brayden is super sweet and conversational! He makes great ice cream, but I was kinda disappointed to see that he was the only one working when the store was very packed with families! He definitely deserves a raise.
Owen is amazing!! Great customer service and served me the best ice cream I’ve ever had in a while! We’ll be coming back every week for this awesomeness!

Cold Stone Creamery Amelia Island is amazing! The servers are friendly. There are small tables for dining inside. Everything was so clean. They offer a huge variety of flavors and combinations of toppings. Our waffle bowls were hand dipped in chocolate. Everything was delicious! Our ice cream stayed cold for a long time. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience dining here for desserts in Fernandina Beach in Amelia Island. We will definitely be back again soon!Parking: Plaza parking

Oh my icecream!! This is the place to stop in when you come to the Island. Bella was the one who greeted us when the doors opened. ( I forgot to check the hours,so if your traveling that might be something to do before hand?)This location is clean, smelled AMAZING LY , Yummy ,is well stocked & Bella was super helpful ,friendly & patient lol there were so many yummy flavors to choose from! They also have icecream cake and Pie?!?

I know my flavor preferences aren't that the "kids" like these days but if you have Butter Pecan on the menu, it's what I want. So I ordered what was supposed to be "butter pecan". You'd think there would be pecans in it. But, nope. None. You want pecans in your butter pecan?, you better pay extra. The ice cream I got was mid way between soft-serve and hard pack ice cream...kind of odd. Also, a strange grey-ish color. I've never ever seen butter pecan this color! I've been eating it for more than 50 years. What I got tasted chalky. I ended up throwing it away. Won't go back.
