$7 for a small blizzard is crazy and then it comes out not even full. Wow.

Very, very long drive thru wait. It was crowded inside and outside in the drive thru. This is the closest one to our home, so we made the trip for ice cream treats.

We come here for the blizzards and are never disappointed. Recently ordered a burger and it was great.

The food is good but the boy who took our order (which had the chicken strip baskets) didn't give us the gravy with our food. The boy also doesn't know how to listen. I know it's hard working in fast food restaurants but if you are, learn how to count back change and listen to simple orders.

The young lady in the drive-thru today was rude. We were given no greeting, no customer service, just stared at. My husband and I got a little uncomfortable, and my husband suggested that she was acting like she had never seen people of color before. Whatever the reason, it was a strange interaction and made me question whether my food was safe to eat. The cake bites in the Blizzard tasted stale. I don't recommend this place.

This is a great spot with a great vibe and the young man who took our order was a complete gentleman and is a kind soul. I really enjoyed my evening here with my family getting Blizzards. I too worked at a Dairy Queen in Jacksonville Beach many many years ago and it was cool to see that some of the traditions haven’t changed. Kudos to DQ!

Spent a lot of money here . Will not go back. Watched a girl with no gloves in the front flirting with the cook playing with food picking it up and,throwing it at the cook and then went back to making food without gloves or washing her hands. A few weeks later me and my wife come back and the same girl goes to making blizzards and eating toppings with her bare hands as she is making them. It's disgusting....

I’ve got nothing against DQ food and what not, but the people that work there are so rude. While waiting for an order watched a young girl talk shit about her co worker while in front of him and all of the customers. Talk about unprofessional because that’s the pinnacle. If you want ice cream go down the road to a local place wayyyy better!
