Can't tell you about the food. We waited 5-6 minutes in an empty lobby. Four employees came to the front counter but none of them made eye contact or said anything to us. Finally, we decided to leave. On our way out one of the girls yelled " don't you want anything?"

The staff at Dairy Queen has always been wonderful until my visit today. I had placed an order to go and was early to pick up which was fine. I’ll happily wait for good food. When I asked for 2 cups of ice one of the older women in the front turns to the other and says “oh now she wants a cup of ice” in a mean tone. I was then informed that for to cups of ice I would have to pay $5.31! I had to agree to pay it as I needed the ice. I have never been so shocked with Dairy Queen as I have always had great customer service.

i really appreciated when one of the employees saw us through the window and ran to lock the door on us 45 minutes before closing ???

i asked if one of the blizzards had graham crackers or crust in it because of an allergy and the person working said “no its just pieces of pie” and it did in fact have crust in it therefore i wasnt able to eat
