Delivery was wrong. Was promised a credit which did not hit my account. I called back and the rude woman was talking over me today January 18 around 1pm. So, I got frustrated and hung up. I called back, and the same women picked up. She said we got disconnected..I told her no, I hung up because she was not listening to me talking over me. She said I am banned from their store and hung up on me. I called back again..same woman answered said I’m banned and hung up on me....read full review
The Fernandina Beach Domino’s has been rude to one of the local schools and discriminated against the school because it was located in a church. The Domino’s staff was rude to the school’s staff. I have worked at many Domino’s in the past and have never encountered the staff to be rude to customers. Unfortunately this store thinks it’s okay to be rude to customers. Domino’s has definitely lost my business.
Wayne (pizza specialist) made the best pizza I've ever had from dominos last night!! yum!
