A great spot! They're attentive and make good, strong ?? drinks. Food is also exceptional? Highly recommended to hit this spot. The staff is amazing ? ?. They all do their part

My daughter ordered the chicken salad, it was served with Dino nuggets. Never in my life have I seen this. We were all pretty surprised that this wasn’t a joke. The waiter had to be reminded a few times about basic stuff. Table was dirty and menus were dirty. Food came out room temperature. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

After decades enjoying great TexMex in Dallas we endured 10 years of no TexMex in Baltimore before moving to Amelia Island. We’ve done all of the Mexican restaurants here and each has its own strengths, but Don Patron is our favorite by far. The food is very much like what we had loved in Texas and at a similar, reasonable price. The service is fast (usually) and friendly (always). The guacamole is the best in town.

Food was amazing and people are so nice here! We had Tacos Trio and Fajitas Don Patron. I especially loved the fajitas which was served on a hot plate. Rice and beans were delicious too and our server was very welcoming and attentive! Would love to come back again!
We ordered the chicken entree with shrimp & queso, kids crispy beef taco , carne asada soft tacos and I got to taste the carnitas. Everything was tasty and super fresh. I’ve tried all the Mexican food on island and this one is the best. The food is fresher and higher quality than pretty much all the restaurants around here. The bar uses fresh juices in the drinks! The staff is committed to providing the best service. And you cannot beat the value. I do not work for this restaurant, but I’ve been in the food industry for 40 years and Don Patron exceeds expectations.
Great food but the last time my husband and I went there we had to flag down servers to order, get refills, pay etc. We were sat right by the kitchen so the servers walked by us constantly, but ignored us for about 15-20 mins until I finally spoke up. Not sure we will be back. They were busyish, but not as crazy as I have seen it before so I was surprised it was so difficult. The few times prior to that the service was ok, but they have a great waitress on Fridays during lunch. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be back.

Really good food. I got the white enchiladas and the chicken was very good and surprisingly fresh, noticeably better than many other sit down restaurants I’ve been too. Prices were right on point and reasonable and service was good. No complaints really, was a great experience.
