I love fancy sushi! such a nice spot to eat. I have been there many times since we moved and even before we moved we loved it from the start. Very happy to discover Fancy Sushi, after dining with our next door neighbors on "Friday Date Night". This is the best Asian food we have had on Amelia Island. We have gone back on our own, since then, and were not disappointed.
Hands down the BEST experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were driving back from New Orleans and decided to stop at Amelia Island. After visiting the beach at Fort Clinch State Park, we decided to stop in for some sushi. We were greeted with bowls of delicious, hot miso soup and some appetizers. The service was the best we’ve ever received and the food was outstanding. At the end of our meal, we asked to speak to the owner to thank her for the outstanding food and service. We praised the staff and the delicious food. There is no doubt that my family and I will be back to eat at Fancy Sushi on our next road trip. THANK YOU!!!!

I eat here frequently. But on my last several meals I have been very unhappy. My second to last time here I found a worm in a piece of Tuna I can understand as a fisherman myself. When I asked for a new piece I was told that was just part of the fish and not to worry. The other evening I waited over a hour to get 2 sushi, deluxe meals and very little service meanwhile several other customers came in after us received their food and left.WILL NOT BE RETURNING SOON!

Best in town Sushi place in greater Jacksonville /Northeast Florida! Last weekend, I went there and got Valentines Roll. It was delicious!!!!! And so fresh!!!!! I felt as if I was eating at some fancy sushi restaurant in Japan. I've lived in Japan for 3 years in the past and knew very well what the quality should be. Besides the top notch sushi roll, the place was clean and tidy, the servers were very friendly, and I got free hot soup and free holiday roll as appetizer. I will definitely go there more often.Parking: convenient.
