Firehouse Subs Fernandina

I went into store last night about 7:35 pm to and just to get cookies and had the most terriblest experience ever with to guys there one claiming to be the manager witch I know that was a lie, bad costumer service didn’t wanna serve telling me I had a bad attitude and what I needed to do with my life and all I went in store for was 3 cookies

Only 2 people working and couldn’t keep up with the 5 takeout orders plus the 10 people waiting - wait over 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

OK...it is a Firehouse Sub shop...overall one of the best sub chains and this location was not an exception...you'll like it. Service was efficient and pricing was as expected.

Oh my God talk about attitude I ordered my food. Had to wait over 25 minutes before I received it. Watched other people walk in order and get their food. Online orders were taking presidents over in-store paying customers. I was not the only person that was upset with the service and the attitude of the workers making the sandwiches. Major attitude will never eat there again.

November 21st ordered a medium hook and ladder combo with fries told it would be 15 minutes 45 mins later still no sandwich not too big of a deal but when I finally got my order they forgot the fries and hadn't cooked any was told it would be another 30 mins wait for fries. Pretty ridiculous since there were 3 other people waiting on fries and they hadn't bothered to start making them. But in light of all that the sandwich was really good wouldn't say worth the wait.

I've read several reviews that say the same thing. Going to be 25 to 30 min wait. Have catering orders to fill. Restaurant is empty. Seems to be a common occurrence. I ordered anyway. Took evert bit of 30 min. I guess 8:30 in the evening is not the time to come here.

Went on a Sunday night for subs. With three personal behind the counter, and no one in the restaurant, was told that they have many online orders and it would be 25 minutes before they could start working on our order. Very bad attitude.
Second time going and last time going.

My family stopped here for dinner on 7/27 @ 7pm to eat dinner. Walked in to a completely empty restaurant and 3 employees telling us that it would be a 25 min wait until we can even place an order becuase they had a couple of online orders in front of us and we could come back later if we wanted.

If you don’t want to order your stuff online, I wouldn’t go here. They’re super concerned about their online orders not the people standing in line when there is not one person in the store it’ll be a 15 minute wait sir.
