Island Time Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

I love the way they decorate their bags. I love ice cream and Its like i can feel the positive vibes.

Lots of delicious options!

We've been going to Island Time since they opened and it's always been a family favorite. Its disappointing to see all the changes they've made. There's no more soft serve machines other than dole whip thats served from the back of the house. The toppings have dwindled down to a few remaining options on the wall and you're limited to selecting two per ice cream. The rewards system is gone, so all the points we've collected over the years are lost. And what really caught us off guard was the hand written sign at the register that said 4% processing fee on all card transactions. Regretfully, we'll no longer be going to our once favorite stop on the island.

Um not much to rate here. When you have a competitor just a few doors down from you it’s important to be ready for any and all business that walks thru the door. We got there and were greeted by a staff that couldn’t care less. Ordered one flavor and were told they were out of that flavor. Next flavor, same result followed by the statement…”if there’s a lid on it we are out of that flavor.” Wish I grabbed a photo because 50% of the flavors were covered.

Needless to say we walked out, took a few more steps down the street and everyone in our large group got the flavor they wanted from a friendly staff.

Their froyo is varied and changes. I LOVE the coconut one. SOOO many toppings! It’s like topping heaven. And their ice cream is amazing too! I love coming here with my daughter!

Excellent little ice cream shop in downtown Fernandina Beach. I chose the Apple Pie ice cream which was delicious and creamy without being gooey. Nice servers and cute place.

Neat little place downtown. Milkshake was well done and tasty. Plenty of toppings for the soft serve froyo.

The shop is super cute, ice cream and froyo delicious. But the vibe is rude and unwelcoming from the get go, you don’t even have to say or do anything. We probably should have walked out then. Will go elsewhere next time. But delicious!

Delicious ice cream and frozen yogurt with multiple free toppings. Recommend strawberry frozen yogurt, key lime ice cream.

Kid-friendliness: Outside tables in front and back for wiggly kids.
