9/20/2024 I had Jersey Mike's delivered from this location to some nearby emergency room workers and while I received the sandwiches, they left out the chips and drinks, which because this is Jersey Mike's prices we're talking about means I wasted $7.58. I emailed them about this immediately and despite promising to respond within two business days, it has now been nine days of silence.
This comes after another order 5/15/2023 for the emergency room in which I spent an asinine $27.84 for a single sandwich + one bag of chips and they never delivered it even though I specified exactly where to deliver it and no other restaurant deliveries have ever had a single issue. Once again, I emailed them about it and they said they would respond in two business days. Almost a year and a half later, Jersey Mike's has never responded or acknowledged this or refunded me.
I will no longer be wasting $20-30 on already overpriced sandwiches that I never receive from a store that is this utterly uncommunicative.

Jersey Mike's always reliable when hungry, tired, and don't feel like cooking a late dinner. The large turkey club sub with bacon on fresh parmesean bread is my favorite treat. The moist double chocolate brownie bar finishes off the meal with a glass of goat milk.

Still my favorite sandwich chain though I’ve now gone gluten free. They have gluten free sandwich rolls which I appreciate though they (like almost every gluten free bread) are very dry so you’ll want tuna salad or lots of “juices” if you go that route. People there are always friendly and professional.
