Went to the drive thru 2 cars already waiting. First car at speaker looked like she had been waiting a while. Sat there for 2 minutes no response for the first car in line so I left. This is typical of this location not the first time it has happened. Also the middle section of the menu was missing. These morons want 15 per hr can't even answer the drive thru in a timely manner. If I where the owner they would probably all be fired they are probably costing you more then if you where just closed.

why does your website and google profile say this location is 24 hours when it is not? My boyfriend was really excited for a late night slider and milkshake to find out you were closed after driving there.

I was very impressed by the drive thru girl she was very friend and efficient. We have had some bad experiences with this place and we just stopped going here and decided to give them one more chance and they did awesome...

On 1-27-21, went to the drive thru menu at exactly 930pm, 30 minutes before closing time. After 1 minute of sitting, they turned off their lights and the employees hid as we drove away. Great job for your franchise owner.

The service is way too slow some of my food came out cold an older couple behind me ordered Crystal with no onions and they cook just scrape the onions off instead of making fresh Burgers what if these people had an onion food allergy now they would be dead thanks to some a lazy employee

Drive through for breakfast and was told it would take 15 minutes since they were switching to lunch. Pulled up but then decided to go in and order lunch, well then told lunch would take 30 minutes so we ordered breakfast, it took 30 minutes.Only 2 people working and place was a mess.

Gave one star just to leave review. Store hours specify until 10 pm however at 5:45 pm I drive a good distance to grab some Krystal burgers just to be told they close early. Maybe you should update store hours online.

Second time coming to this krystal's food is average for krystal's but this time sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and was only me and one car in front of me finally decided to go to McDonald's was served within 3 minutes and off to work ..

Ok food, it's always a hit or miss with this place. They randomly close without notice, sometimes for breakfast, sometimes for lunch or dinner. They never answer their phone so you have to drive there to find out if they are even open. Usually friendly staff, VERY slow... But they are friendly.
