Went to the drive thru 2 cars already waiting. First car at speaker looked like she had been waiting a while. Sat there for 2 minutes no response for the first car in line so I left. This is typical of this location not the first time it has happened. Also the middle section of the menu was missing. These morons want 15 per hr can't even answer the drive thru in a timely manner. If I where the owner they would probably all be fired they are probably costing you more then if you where just closed.

why does your website and google profile say this location is 24 hours when it is not? My boyfriend was really excited for a late night slider and milkshake to find out you were closed after driving there.

I was very impressed by the drive thru girl she was very friend and efficient. We have had some bad experiences with this place and we just stopped going here and decided to give them one more chance and they did awesome...

On 1-27-21, went to the drive thru menu at exactly 930pm, 30 minutes before closing time. After 1 minute of sitting, they turned off their lights and the employees hid as we drove away. Great job for your franchise owner.

The service is way too slow some of my food came out cold an older couple behind me ordered Crystal with no onions and they cook just scrape the onions off instead of making fresh Burgers what if these people had an onion food allergy now they would be dead thanks to some a lazy employee

I was only giving a 2, but the chili cheese pup & chicken sands were pretty tasty. Went about 6:30 on 12/17/20, the line was short, I ordered, then pulled around to see two employees (Caucasian bottom-heavy young female & tall afro-top faded sides Af-Amer male) with with NO MASKS/GLOVES, right next to each other & THEN he proceeds to get himself a soda with his UN-gloved hands!!! I immediately cancelled my drinks & opted for bottled waters instead. I was also glad (though initially disappointed) that the ice cream machine was down & I couldn't get my shake. Anyhow, the bag breaks on her way to deliver my order but luckily only one fry spills out, so she places the broken bag in a plastic one & gets what's supposed to be a HOT fry (I asked). I kinda thought she'd RE-bag, but we move on... I drive about 5 min from the store & BOTH fries are cold - bummer. But I taste the pup & it's GREAT! So sans fries, I taste the burger & they're okay, but if you've been raised on White Castles like I have & tried this, it's no comparison IMO. It was my first time trying Krystals bc they don't exist in the North & I've really wanted to see what the hype was about from Southern-based folk. I can't get past the lack of ketchup & use of mustard on the burgers. The taste is closer to a regular burger (not what I expected, since WC's is in a class of their own) to me. Now the chicken sands are good & my relative DESTROYED them before I could even get a pic (ok I did the same to the one pup I ordered - lol), but the star, the burgers, was a NO. So all in all, my review comes down to a 3/5, based-on bland burger taste, cold fries, & NO COVID ADHERENCE (allll earning a 1), and great chicken sands & THAT PUP (definitely worth 5's). If I ever go again, no burgers for SURE! But that'd be POST-Covid, bc AIN'T NOBODY TRYING TO GET THE RONA OVER NO KRYSTALS!!!!!

Drive through for breakfast and was told it would take 15 minutes since they were switching to lunch. Pulled up but then decided to go in and order lunch, well then told lunch would take 30 minutes so we ordered breakfast, it took 30 minutes.Only 2 people working and place was a mess.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The worst place ever. Nobody has a clue on what we’re doing in there. You wait 10 minutes after you order for your food and then it’s not even ready then .Employees are rude

Gave one star just to leave review. Store hours specify until 10 pm however at 5:45 pm I drive a good distance to grab some Krystal burgers just to be told they close early. Maybe you should update store hours online.

Second time coming to this krystal's food is average for krystal's but this time sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and was only me and one car in front of me finally decided to go to McDonald's was served within 3 minutes and off to work ..
