Hey folks, I’m just finishing up a breakfast at Magnolia Cafe. I had the liter breakfast of whipped egg whites, spinach and turkey bacon. 🥓 But to start off myself and my party had a slice of homemade Pumpkin Bread which was delicious. Great breakfast spot! I had the Western omelet with grits and rye toast, and my husband enjoyed a BLT with hash browns —everything was delicious. Amber and Alison were friendly and attentive, and the laid-back patio atmosphere was nice. As visitors, we felt truly welcomed and will definitely return. Thanks ladies for making our dining experience so memorable!

We arrived for brunch and there was a short wait for a table. We could see that the workers were hustling. When we were seated a waitress named Amber came to our table to inform us that the main cook had called in sick so they were running behind. We are patient people so we waited. Amber came to check on us frequently to offer us drink refills and since it was taking so long she brought us two delicious muffins to share. She later brought us a small bowl of their outstanding tomato soup along with some bread for dunking. Though it was taking a long time we were not left to “ starve” and Amber was delightful. She kept us entertained with her quick wit. When we got our food we had complaints as it was all delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant.

What I like about Magnolia's Cafe is their consistency. The food is always good, the service is good and the atmosphere is welcoming as soon as you walk in. I was sad that the other location in Yulee closed down. It is so rare to find a decent restaurant in Fernandina. A lot of restaurants but not a lot of good ones. But Magnolia does not disappoint, they are consistent. My only complaint is it is on the expensive side. The portions are average and many of their selections don't come with any type of side. But hey, 2 out 3 isn't bad.
First off I need to shout out my server, “Amber” she was truly amazing! Very attentive, accommodating, informative about the menus and items, over all her energy was electric! My daughter has been wanting me to go and I just wasn’t sure of it, but finally went today and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back! Will also be requesting “Amber” again.
