The woman working at the drive thru today at 2:45pm was extremely rude. She awkwardly stared at me the entire time I was waiting on my food. Then when she gives me my food she rudely asks why I’m still there. As soon as I start talking she yelled at me to speak up. So at this point I’m basically screaming and she still tries to act like she can’t hear me. I finally get through to her that she never gave me my drinks which were sitting right in front of her. Maybe focus more on your job instead of staring at people and the line won’t get backed up.

I go often and the service is consistently bad. When I expressed my frustration to the manager she refunded me and refused to make my food. I shouldn't have to pay for it because she's sorry at her job and can't perform her duties . She's disgusting and nasty to her customers and isn't even that easy on the eyes . Needless to say I refuse to spend my money there any longer .. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES ANS DELIVER THE GREAT SERVICE MCDONALDS IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE !

The store was advertising shamrock shakes on the sign out front and in the window of the building, but one of the two self-checkouts wouldn’t allow you to purchase them. After we ordered from the other, an employee told us, “we don’t have these.” When we pointed out that they were advertised in two places, she just repeated herself, before another employee loudly scolded her for telling us that because they did in fact have the product. It was all an awkward exchange. (And, we had just experienced a manager being a snappy with a customer who couldn’t find the right option in the self-checkout and therefore needed a refund.)When we received our order, the two smalls were mediums, the medium didn’t have whipped cream and all of them were very runny. All in all, it wasn’t a great experience.The restaurant and restrooms were clean, at least.

first off, im not sure if the people on bicycles were pranking this place by putting a sign on the screen where you order at the drive thru saying pull to first window. Cause when i get there, some older lady comes up. I say "hello", and she says "can i help you?" giving the impression i shouldn't of been there like i snuck up on them. you should have protocols like, hello may i take your order? i just left because my goodness it was awkward.

A very bad McDonald's store. I ordered food on the mobile APP and the bank deducted my money. Then I went to the store to pick up the food. The old lady who counted the money at the window was very rude to me and said she didn't see my order.

At least 50% of the time, they hand us a bag that’s missing 1-3 items of our order. It’s been going on for years, but it’s the only fast food my son likes, so we are stuck. Check your bags!

I am in the service industry. Went inside at the Fernandina Beach McDonald's. One of the managers was believing the elderly lady that works the window. She asked her to apologize to the customers that were there when she had not even talked to any of the customers. The floor is full of to go bags to go cops. The trash is overflowing. There had no cash registered person I had to order on the kiosk. It was really bad management and I seen you guys just look into it.

Very rude staff only three people working manager was very rude to everyone that walked in and the staff is dressed like they at home

Please shut this one down and reboot with new management and staff. Must order from kiosk, no receipt paper. Order incorrect, but didn't get receipt printed as proof of order. Food cold and stale. I've never seen people work harder at not caring.
