Ms. Carolyn's Restaurant

My husband and I went here for breakfast before we ran our errands. I had a breakfast burrito and it was huge!! My husband had the western omelet and loved it. The veggies were plentiful and still a little crunchy the way he likes it. Coffee was delicious also. I can't remember our servers name but she was so sweet and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Of all of the restaurants in Fernandina Beach, Ms. Carolyn's Restaurant is my pick for number one. From all of the servers to Ms. Carolyn herself, I couldn't be treated better. The service is great, the food is wonderful, and everyone, including Ms. Carolyn, calls me by name. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better place to eat.

Susan and I have enjoyed numerous breakfasts and lunches at Ms Carolyn’s Restaurant. Now, we have another reason to enjoy lunch: Wednesday-Only Special Fried Chicken. Chef Kerry and Ms. Carolyn have found the pot of gold. This is really good fried chicken with 2 sides. Thanks to servers Stacy and Kay for alerting us to this great Wednesday Fried Chicken meal.

Yuck! Workers yelling back and forth constantly about who gets the next table when customers arrive. Hair in French toast. Food runner delivering food after petting dog that was outside with owners. Home fries are not as pictured on website. Napkins thrown all over tables. Messy and disgusting.

I had the daily special, which was the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans with toast. It was absolutely wonderful and very affordable.

The service was wonderful they checked up on us more than once and the servers were very respectful and kind. Now the food, the food was on a whole different level nothing we got wasn’t good we all shared with each other due to there plentiful serving sizes and we all enjoyed everything they had to offer and got to try a new place out. We had the pancakes, French toast, bacon, ham, grits, eggs and fried potatoes all which were delicious. 5/5 would recommend.

Was told that bisquits were buttermilk biscuits. They were not. Ordered a ribeye but received a New York strip. Meal was cold by the time it was served. But coffee was good and service was excellent.

No non sense reasonably priced low key Diner. Food was great. Definitely will be back. I had the steak and eggs and the sirloin was huge and I'm not positive but I believe the eggs were farm fresh, they were huge and a very rich yolk.
