Amelia Fresh Café

They didn't have any specific breakfast options, but there were plenty of other things on display. I really enjoyed the pasta pea salad and the vegan brie pasta with a can of yerba mate. The food needed a little salt and pepper, but otherwise the flavor was very good.

Best vegan food on the island and in the Yulee area! Staff is super friendly as well as the cooks/ kitchen staff. Amelia fresh Cafe has the small town local vibe. Worth stopping for breakfast, lunch, and grocery shopping!

A nice selection of healthy vegetarian food, something rare in Fernandina Beach. The service was ok, as at the busy time we had to wait a while for the water dispenser to be refilled. Overall a fine meal at the right price.

I love Nassau Health foods and the Fresh Cafe! They have good specials throughout the week in the grocery part and items you can't find anywhere else on the island. The options at the cafe and in the grab-n-go cooler are also always great, tasty, and unique! When I'm craving just a proper and creative selection of veggies, I know I will find something awesome there. Also...why are the dressings so good!? Every dressing on the salad or wrap I've ever tried is so good.

Probably my only suggestion might be to make sure wraps don't sit too long in the grab-and-go (or discount them if it's been past a certain point) because there have been a couple times I've gotten them and they were not the freshest...but it's not frequent! I also wish the old coffee bar got turned into a smoothie bar or something because I think that could be an added tasty/healthy addition.

Vegan breakfast burrito on Amelia Island, that says it all. They've been a stalwart here for years. New owner in the last year apparently but vegan options are still good. They included a to -go butter with the food, which is a no-no, but the food was tasty and fresh. Great outdoor sitting space too in addition to nice are inside.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan opinions are plentiful and absolutely delicious.

Delicious GLUTEN-FREE wraps! The ginger chicken wrap is especially good, and accompanying mixed green salad with balsamic dressing is extra yummy?When the weather is nice, the new outdoor patio is a great addition.
