Best vegan food on the island and in the Yulee area! Staff is super friendly as well as the cooks/ kitchen staff. Amelia fresh Cafe has the small town local vibe. Worth stopping for breakfast, lunch, and grocery shopping!
A nice selection of healthy vegetarian food, something rare in Fernandina Beach. The service was ok, as at the busy time we had to wait a while for the water dispenser to be refilled. Overall a fine meal at the right price.
I love Nassau Health foods and the Fresh Cafe! They have good specials throughout the week in the grocery part and items you can't find anywhere else on the island. The options at the cafe and in the grab-n-go cooler are also always great, tasty, and unique! When I'm craving just a proper and creative selection of veggies, I know I will find something awesome there. Also...why are the dressings so good!? Every dressing on the salad or wrap I've ever tried is so...
